I was told a certain vehicle I was interested was available for a test drive. I made arrangements to get down there and when I got there, they told me the car I was interested in had been on the lot for 100+ days and was not sellable. Then someone told me it was available after all. It felt like bad communication all around and very untrustworthy. One associate told me that salespeople will say anything to get you in the door. Another associate basically said the other one was lying. So all together I had a horrible experience and therefore will never deal with AutoNation again.

We've been going to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway for years for service. Previously we were going to a local 4x4 shop for our maintenance on our Jeep vehicles. There came a time when they couldn't solve the issue of our Jeep stalling randomly (turned out to be the connector on the main computer). Well, ANCJB was able to diagnose and repair it quickly. We then switched our maintenance to ANCJB. We also bought our next Jeep through them. Even though they didn't have what we wanted in stock they were able to find it and bring it to the dealership. And, we still got a discount. We recommend ANCJB to anyone looking for a new Jeep. As we've stated, the mechanics do high quality and thorough work so we recommend ANCJB to anyone needing Jeep service as well. The pricing is fair on both new vehicles as well as service. And, you can usually find an online coupon. Keep up the great work!

Had to go to a FIrestone after the service and no care I was provided here. I was never even offered a refund for their mistake. I drove away thinking my tire rotation and alignment was safe to drive. Negative. They didnāt tighten the bolts on my tires. I was back the next day for them to fix this. Then on Sunday I see they didnāt inform me of a bolt missing and the broken park of my left back wheel. I called back Monday and I donāt think they understood. I would like to speak with someone who can refund me my time and safety. I no longer trust this store. The person who cleaned my car was also very aggressive and verbally abusive when they return my Jeep to me. I know I have to still come back on Friday to have them fix the broken piece they are at fault for. My safety was not a concern!

A bit more than a week ago, I was fortunate enough to purchase a decently equipped Grand Wagoneer from my friends at Autonation Jeep Broadway. The team was polite to the bone; my experience started by being greeted by one of their sales professionals at the door. I have been using Autonation on Broadway for service since I bought my Jeep in 2017. The pressure they put on customers to give them a 10/10 has always been distasteful but I understood the pressure they were getting from up above to get great ratings. āAnything less than a 10 is unacceptable.ā This time the rep handed me an electronic pad and asked me to verify all kinds of things about my car that I had no way to verify. I said I have no idea if any of this is true I havenāt even seen my car yet. āOh, Iām sure it is, you can just sign it down belowā. Fortunately I have never been disappointed with the service at this location. I even had my car detailed last time I was there and they did an outstanding job. Thatās why I gave them 4 āļø But the pressure to review them as perfect is too much. Iām finding a new service center.

I bought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee via the Internet. I did not inspect the vehicle personally and had it shipped to my residence. I was assured by the dealer that the vehicle was in "mint" condition, had never been wrecked and only had one blemish on the passenger side rear. When I received the car, it was obvious that the front end had been damaged, probably by hitting a curb. There were non-factory sheet metal screws on the driver's side fender and the inner plastic liners were not attached. The hood also had rust. This was verified by my local Jeep dealer. The dealer lied to me. Response to Dealer response: Really, if you wanted to talk with me, you had my phone number.

I did go for oil change for 2020 jeep renegade. I had coupon in my jeep app I asked to used it. She charged me 78.41 and give me wrong information she told me the coupon for regular oil not the full synthetic. Wich is not true. This dealership is great. They are amazing at answering questions, and they truly care about getting you into the car you want at an affordable price. They also go above and beyond with customer service. We did have a very unexpected issue come up and they were absolutely wonderful when handling it. We came away just as happy as when we walked in if not even more so. I would also like to directly thank Matt for all of the hard work he put into getting us into our new van. We had to bring 5 kids with us and he was so patient and accommodating and made sure our kids felt involved and heard in this process. This review is for the service department, not auto sales. I am only posting this because they send out an email asking for reviews after a service appointment. I had a rough running engine and called in early February to make an appointment. I was told all AutoNation service centers were 4-6 weeks out on appointments. I reluctantly made the earliest appointment I could since my extended warranty only allows service at a dealership. When I finally dropped off my vehicle I was told it would be 5-6 (working days) before it could be seen by a diagnostic tech, then the work would begin at some point after that. I wanted to take my car back home for the waiting period since I can't be without a car for a week and a half but was told that the only way to keep my spot in the queue was to allow them to keep my car the entire time. My experience with the point person at the service department was fine, but their policies and organization are horrible. I would never use them if I wasn't forced to by my extended warranty company.

This is one of the most dishonest unprofessional dealershipās in Denver. The public should avoid this dealership at all costs. Especially avoid a salesman named Chan, Chan lied to me and told me he had the car I was searching for at their dealership. We negotiated a price and Chan told me to come and pick up the car, he even said he would reimburse me for the $45.00 Uber ride once I got there to purchase the car. When I arrived Chan was not there, and neither was the car that I was supposed to purchase. I brought the agreed upon amount in cash and pre insured the vehicle. The sales manager told me they would have a better car for me tomorrow at the same price. But that never happened either, the sales manager called and told me that the car the were going to sell me yesterday was already committed to another party. Lies and deception, wasting my time and money. Summoning me down to the dealership to pick up and insure a car that doesnāt exist. A classic bait and switch practice that this industry is well known for. The attempted fraud by Chan to negotiate a price, make the buyer purchase insurance for the VIN that was provided to me. Waste my time negotiating and then to incur the costs of coming to the dealership to pick up the car and then incurring the costs to get home is completely inexcusable. Total disrespect to the customer, and forcing me to file formal grievance with BBB and Consumers Affairs.

Brandon helped both me and my cousin get our dream cars currently at the moment. Brandon made the experience extremely fun and never made us feel pressured to do anything. He went out of his way to help me by staying late and finding the best options for me. I traded my car in for my new one and as we waited for finance, he helped me switch over my belongings to the new car. If I could rate higher I would 100%. Brandon will for sure be my new car sales guy and I would highly recommend to look for his name and schedule and appointment with him. You will not be disappointed! From the moment my husband walked in, to the moment we walked out, everything was horribly unprofessional. Initially one of the sales guys glanced over at my husband and refused to help him (i wish i knew his name). Then 20 minutes later they found someone to help us, we knew exactly what we wanted and already had a preapproved check with our own FI. The process took forever, I was already super frustrated with the whole thing, but tried to be understanding - COVID , they were short staffed, only one finance manager ok we get it. Hours later we come to find out that the vehicle we are purchasing is not at the dealership, and the General Manager took it home to "DEMO" it, and unfortunately the GM lives 45 min away. I was baffled, not one apology , nothing. The next day we get our car with 380 miles on it....380. And on the website the vehicle was advertised at 10 miles. I'm seriously speechless, is this normal? Do GM's just take brand new vehicles home to DEMO them? I will not stop at this review, this is absolutely unacceptable, but just wanted other people to know how professional this place is.

Buying the jeep was a great experience but the service department is poorly ran. The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. When I was transferred to speak with an advisor he was rude and never once asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I was also told that I had to drop off my jeep on appointment date and that it would be 2 weeks before they even look at it, which is completely ridiculous!! After weeks of waiting I finally got my jeep in to be looked at and I was called back with a diagnosis that wasnāt exact. It was basically them suggesting that it could possibly be one thing or the other. Keep in mind they had my jeep for several days. And then it was a constant upsale of a ton of other services after that. After I respectfully declined I was once again met with a rude and very unprofessional attitude by the young lady in the service department. My Willys jeep wrangler is a lease and has a little over 20 K miles and is very well kept and nothing they tried selling me on was covered under warranty. This is the second jeep I leased from this location, but I am definitely buying my jeep from another dealership next time. Worst service department Iāve ever dealt with!!!

After scheduling an appointment weeks in advance, we dropped off our Jeep only to be met with a rude service advisor who informed us that it would be another 10-15 days before they could even look at our vehicle. I tried calling back the next day to talk to the manager as that did not make any sense, otherwise what is the value of an appointment and how can people live without a vehicle for weeks at a time before they even look at it. When I called to talk to the manager, the same rude service advisor proceeded to try and get into an argument about the delay in service instead of forwarding my call to the manager. Once I talked to the manager, I received no further support than was provided by the advisor and only blame to the labor shortage for their inability to properly schedule their service department. I relayed the message that they should set the expectation with customers when they schedule the appointment so we can evaluate other dealerships. After these calls, I went to pick up my Jeep and take it to another dealership that properly communicated that they would look at it within 72 hours of dropping it off. I will not be going back to this dealership.

Went in to look at a Ford escape with 100,000 miles for 10,000. As soon as the rep I was too meet was told I was there he came to me and ditched me with a new hire that had almost zero experience and knowledge. We went to test drive and see the vehicle. I asked what is flex fuel. He start looking on his phone and within two minutes my question was forgotten. The engine was making a horrible noise that eventually went away. I told him and his manager I wouldn't consider buying until the noise was looked at and I was certain nothing was wrong. I read over the weekend that these vehicles only run around 130,000 miles. I was not about to pay 10,000 for a vehicle that was already having engine noise, and was within 20,000 miles from what I had read.I decided not to buy. So I called auto nation got a voice mail and explained I did not want to purchase the Ford escape but was interested in looking at other vehicle in that price range. I have been completely ignored have not been called back in over 2 weeks. Called up to get a time for my 30,000 mike check up. Spoke with Rob who got me on right away. Thought it might take 2.5 hours. Ended up taking 1.5. Great! Always like my experiences with this dealership. That was years ago. My recent experience was different. Had to bring car in because of engine light. I think because of covid, supply chain and busyness of service department, they had to keep my car for 13 days. The people working were nice, friendly, apologetic but still, leaving my car for almost two weeks was inconvenient.

The Service Advisor's are very friendly and do their best but they are consistently undermined by the technicians they are representing. In the 2 or so hours that I had to wait for an oil change it was a constant series of apologies to one customer or another about why work was not done, not done correctly or something was missed. After the expected completion time for my car passed and I asked about its status it was clear no work had been done. When she asked the technician about my Grand Cherokee he had no idea what she was talking about and had to be shown the vehicle that was sitting in the service area with the big red tag indicating it was waiting to be serviced. I understand that everyone is facing unique employment challenges at this time but that does not explain a complete process breakdown for what work has or has not been started. Update: As you will see in the review AutoNation Jeep Broadway requested that I call them to discuss the issues and what can be done to correct the them. I called several times and left multiple voicemails but I never received a call back and never spoke to anyone other than the operator who would transfer me to a number that would go to voicemail. Responding to reviews is very important but if you don't follow through on what you ask to be done it only serves to emphasize the breakdowns at your location.

Went for a 15k miles service, it āincludedā tire rotation, oil change and windshield washer fluid replace. They DIDNāT do the tire rotation and the windshield fluid replace, I know they didnāt do any of those because as soon as I left the dealership my car dashboard indicated the windshield fluid was low (it was snowing the day before and had been using the fluid a lot) but that means they didnāt fill it up, also one of my tires deflates a bit often and the pressure sensor in the car was indicating this tire leaking air was exactly in the same position, that means they DIDNāT do the tire rotation either. Now I doubt they were honest about the oil change.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Short story... I took my Jeep in for a minor service, they held the car for a MONTH. It wasn't even looked at for 2.5 weeks, just sat at the dealership. I had to continually reach out for communication just to understand when I might get a diagnosis (much less a fix). I left messages for the service manager to try to give them feedback directly (and avoid a public post like this). They didn't bother to return the call. DO NOT take your car here. Save yourself the time and hassle.

Update from my initial review. Unfortunately, the saga continues. Turns out Jeep doesn't make the parts to fix my moon roof, so the fix was to seal it shut and I wouldn't have a functioning moon roof. Compared to the jet engine sound and cold air flowing in, it seemed like a reasonable alternative. I picked it up after 10 days in the shop and immediately noticed the loud air flow sound was still there. It can only make noise if air is getting in. I took it through a car wash and water came flooding in the front of the roof running through the area of the interior lights. Not only does it sound like a jet engine 40MH and up, I have to worry about water leaking in and potentially creating an electrical issue. My whole experience has been one pain after another. I'll update after the next round of whatever they might do, or not do, to make this right.

Buyer beware! Purchased a new vehicle here in 2019 and was a decent transaction. Since then, I have had to bring it in twice for warranty work. The first time I made an appointment and requested a loaner vehicle. When I showed up, they did not provide a loaner and we had to wait an hour for their shuttle driver to clock in. They also said they would diagnose the vehicle the same day. When I called in the afternoon, they said they didn't get to it and it would be another few days. I decided to pick my vehicle up and postpone the work since this was not communicated up front... Fast forward 1 year, I have to take the vehicle in again. Called to make an appointment, which was 3-4 weeks out and was told they no longer provide loaner vehicles, but they would offer a ride. When I go drop the vehicle off, they claim they couldn't find my appointment or details. Had to tell them everything again and was told it would be 5-10 days until they could even diagnose it. Also told me the shuttle driver didn't clock in until 10am. Very frustrating that they can't schedule and have a vehicle in within a day or two. Fast forward 10 days, called to check progress of diagnosis, and was told there were still several vehicles in front of mine.... Fast forward to day 16, my vehicle was finally being diagnosed and worked on and that it could be picked up the following day. My vehicle sat for 16 days untouched, through 3 snow storms, and the repairs did not fix the problem at was having. I guess I should have learned my lesson the first time. Seriously consider going elsewhere where they won't just let your vehicle leave sit for 16 days and where they understand how "just in time" scheduling works. Brandon Dodge across the street will have you drop your vehicle off and diagnose it the same day. And their technicians are crosses trained on all FCA/Stallantis products. Very poor service experience here.

I have to say itās hard to own a Jeep these days due to the difficulty in getting my vehicle serviced. Made an appointment and took my vehicle in for an oil change, new tires and to fix a heating/cooling issue. Was told it would be 8 days before my vehicle could even be looked at. Why make an appointment if my vehicle canāt even be looked at for over a week later? It was a good thing I had access to another vehicle. I donāt know what people do who donāt have access to another vehicle besides renting one, which is expensive, since this Jeep dealership doesnāt provide courtesy vehicles. Anyway. I took my car in on Monday January 10th. They must be extremely short staffed because they didnāt even look at my vehicle until Tuesday January 25th. My car was finally ready on Thursday January 27th. Thatās 17 days! Pretty unacceptable in my eyes for a minor repair. Iām in the market for a new vehicle, and a big reason I will not be purchasing another Jeep is because of the difficulty in getting my vehicle serviced. The reason I gave the experience 2 stars instead of just 1 is because my service advisor did a decent job. I just wish she would have communicated with me more through out the process.

Our expeience was overall good. Everyone was friendly, The length of time it took-more than five hours-was a bit ridiculous, but the employees kept checking on us and even got us food. The only complaint was at the very end. This was a spur of the moment purachase and we made it very clear we were in a hurry as we had to drive back to the Springs to let our dog out. Once the purchase was approved, I feel they could have begun detailing the vehicle or whatever they do so it would be ready for us to leave when the paperwork was signed. After the paperwork was signed, we had to unload our trade in the dark and still wait for about 30 minutes for them to finally bring the new vehicle to us. It was so late, we did not even get any inight into how the vehicle works. We are still learning how to use the screen and still do not know how to open the back window.

Absolute worst service department ever. When you make a service appointment that is just a drop off appointment. They will hold your car for as long as they want. My car sat there for 8 days. On the 8th day I was told that I am number 5 in line! Excuse me, number 5?! Iām out of work as long as they have my car and you are telling me it will be a few more days? That is NOT okay! I asked for a manager. Conveniently they are always in a meeting when you want to speak to them. Was told I would receive a call back. The call back was from Bree(worst service rep I have ever dealt with) saying they didnāt fix the issue (Uconnect service error) and donāt know how to fix it either. But they put a call in to the manufacturer and will let me know what they say. Well itās been over a month and they still havenāt heard back. This car was purchased brand new less than a year ago. Itās now sitting at the Volvo dealership because I traded the piece of junk in and will never deal with your service department again.

My family has bought their cars here for years. Finally, my turn came and I'm so lucky Brandon S. was my sales guide. I was pretty picky since it's the first car I've bought on my own, but he was super supportive and patient with me. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here! To echo many other reviews, the service department is absolutely horrible! In what world would anyone find it acceptable to leave your vehicle for 2 weeks to sit on their lot before they even diagnose the vehicle issue. Communication from them is non-existent! Service manager ignores emails and phone calls and service advisors will tell you that you are being hostile when questioning their service appointment process. If you make a service appointment, it's not really an appointment. Be prepared to do all your own follow-up as they will not communicate with you at all. Once our service contract is done with Jeep Broadway, we will never return to AutoNation again. Edit: I see that they've already responded with the same canned computer response that makes it seem like they actually care, they don't! The phone # they list is for the switch board. You'll never make it to the "General Manager" as he doesn't communicate either. I think he just hides in an office all day avoiding complaints. Again, do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible!

I spent $75000 on a Vehicle here and the process was great. Where it went wrong was when I sold the vehicle and needed to refund the GAP coverage and the warranty. I went in after I sold it and they told me I needed signed documents saying the vehicle was sold. Finance guy was pretty rude and didnāt really seem to want to help me. So I did, and came back a second time with the paperwork, just to be told I need MORE paperwork. The other finance guy was nice and gave me his card and info. Told me he wanted to take care of me so I would want to purchase another vehicle from them. He asked me to email it to him. I did and called to verify, no response. Now Iām back a 3rd time, Iām here in the showroom waiting and Iāve been waiting for over an hour to get this thing refunded (assuming I donāt need more paperwork again) I know theyāre a little busy, but no acknowledgement or anything. Iām not the one to post bad reviews, but I live over an hour away and I can not waste hours of time to keep coming down to have my $$$$ withheld. I will not buy from Autonation in the future as this was clearly a mistake. Oh and they didnāt mention to me that the $75000 vehicle I bought had a bent control arm. Causing vibrations at highway speeds. Was asked not to take the vehicle on the highway on my test drive. And I know why.

The only positive thing I can say about this place was my salesman was amazing when I purchased my car. Beyond that the service department is a huge joke. I scheduled a service appointment only to have my car sit in their shop for 11 days for an oil change and a couple recalls fixed. Not once would they call to give me an update. I was in the dark for 7 days before I called them for an update. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE! Not even an oil change had been done. I called back when I got back from being out of town, they just started working on my car 11 days after my appointment. What is the point of having an appointment scheduled if you don't get to a car for 11 days??? Upon getting my car back I opened the glove box to put the receipt in there, hear a snap then my glove box drops open and pieces fall out. So I call back and inform them of what happened and I wanted to bring my car back to get it fixed. They said I have to schedule another appointment 3 weeks out now to bring my car back for something they broke! Now I'll be more curious if they try and charge me for this...

They seem to think their time is more valuable than that of potential buyers. After arriving at the dealership at the agreed upon time to test drive a vehicle, I was greeted by a gentleman and I asked for the specific salesman I had been texting with. The gentleman told me he would get the salesman and to take a seat in the lobby area. After waiting a half hour without a peep from anyone, I got up and left. Some advice to the dealership, if the salesman is not available have someone else bring the car around and get a copy of a personās DL. Update after my initial bad experience, I called back to set up a new appointment. I spoke with Bashir who was very apologetic about my first experience. Bashir said heād have the car up and ready for me by the time I arrived. He did follow through, it was up a ready to drive right away. Couldnāt have been more accommodating. The salesman Marco was also very accommodating and took time to help me familiarize myself with the vehicle. Much better experience the second go around.

I would give zero stars if possible. Ironically they are your best friends when you are spending 70k on a vehicle. Only to do absolutely nothing when you need service. I am amazed they found the effort to turn on the lights when they show up in the morning.

I was told my oil change and tire rotation would take an hour. I waited at the shop for an hour, and when I stood up, I noticed my car parked outside. I asked if I was finished and if I could leave, and the gal said, "Oh, our shop has lunch at noon so they haven't even brought it in to service yet." My appointment was at 11:15am. This was totally unacceptable and I'm moving my business elsewhere. Extremely disappointing.

Chan was by far the greatest and most helpful sales associate weāve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If it wasnāt for him, we would not have purchased the vehicle. We had a few problems and setbacks with the first used Jeep that we purchased, but in order to keep us as a customer, Chan went absolutely above and beyond in order to find us a brand new Jeep, which ended up being much better than the original used one. Not only did Chan keep us up to date on the order progress, but he personally ensured that everything was exactly the way we wanted it and even send pictures and videos to make sure we were happy. This location was my 12th dealership or lot I visited in two days. service, friendliness and knowledge was outstanding. Eric Reagan (sales) and Bobby from financing were so very kind, helpful and patient during my first new car buy. This dealership is by far superior to all the previous lots I had visited. The head manager even stopped by my table to shake my hand and welcome and thank me when I knew he was very busy with other tasks. Every associate there was friendly. I even got a couple of waves and thumbs up from some of the porters and service guys as Eric sat in my new car with me to teach me the new technology. I buy a lot of cars, and change often, and since moving from the east coast to Denver, had already worked with several dealers & different brands in the area. AutoNation Broadway is super convenient for me from Denver, and after finding out AutoNation not only buys cars (think CarMax, Carvana, etc.) but is very aggressive in doing so, and easy to communicate with, I started visiting. 3-4 visits later, the team here and Chan Reagan in sales not only were a pleasure and let me look at whatever I wanted, but really sold me on the idea of "why not?" with a brand new Wagoneer. Fast forward to the last day of November, I was back in town for 2 days, stopped by, the perfect one had just been delivered and Chan, Kamran and Rick in finance made it all happen easily, and I went from "tell me what my truck is worth" to trading both and leaving same night in my new Wagoneer. The experience continued after, as Chan flawlessly setup tinting for me, and Anna in parts has become a favorite--so helpful, and can order or get anything I want. Love this truck, and enjoy stopping by AutoNation just to say hi. Worth a visit!

I buy a lot of cars, and change often, and since moving from the east coast to Denver, had already worked with several dealers & different brands in the area. AutoNation Broadway is super convenient for me from Denver, and after finding out AutoNation not only buys cars (think CarMax, Carvana, etc.) but is very aggressive in doing so, and easy to communicate with, I started visiting. 3-4 visits later, the team here and Chan Reagan in sales not only were a pleasure and let me look at whatever I wanted, but really sold me on the idea of "why not?" with a brand new Wagoneer. Fast forward to the last day of November, I was back in town for 2 days, stopped by, the perfect one had just been delivered and Chan, Kamran and Rick in finance made it all happen easily, and I went from "tell me what my truck is worth" to trading both and leaving same night in my new Wagoneer. The experience continued after, as Chan flawlessly setup tinting for me, and Anna in parts has become a favorite--so helpful, and can order or get anything I want. Love this truck, and enjoy stopping by AutoNation just to say hi. Worth a visit!

I had been looking for a truck to pull either my Jeep Rock Crawler or a travel trailer and knew I wanted A Tundra. I have worked for Toyota for 8 years so I knew everything about the truck and that I wanted It. I contacted Brandon Schmierer and asked him to keep a lookout for a used one! Eric Ragan was the best guy I talked to in the past two weeks trying to find a vehicle. He did not come off like a pressure salesperson man at all. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about Jeepās and got me a better deal and a better vehicle than the other jeep dealerships I went to first. For now on I will never use anyone beside Eric Ragan in buying a vehicle ever again. Eric is my guy and I refuse to buy a car from anyone beside him. I will be sending any one I know to Eric Ragan in searching for a vehicle. He was help and knowledgeable and a great guy to do business with. The car was a MESS when we picked it up. I am positive the detail or sanitization did not occur and extremely disappointed that we paid this amount for a car and had to come home and spend 2 hours cleaning the inside. The roof for example was filthy, ice cream left in the middle console wasn't cleaned out. I had 3 bowls of muddy water, 3 magic erasers and half a bottle of protectant to get this Jeep to usable condition. Austin and Finance were great.

I intended to leave a review after my entire experience was finished, but my experience has been so atrocious as of so far I could not imagine it being remedied at this point. I purchased my 2015 Jeep Cherokee less than a year ago. This car has Already required four new tires, a completely new four wheel drive and now the transmission is broken (at least that was according to what my car computer system saidā¦it is yet to be diagnosed.) I basically was sold a lemon. My car broke down ten days ago. I towed it to the Broadway location due to a large warranty I purchased to cover break downs and support me while my car is being fixed with a rental. Upon arrival I had to stand around and find my way to a service desk. No one approached me to help me. Brie my service writer was less than helpful or friendly. She did not respond to messages I had sent her about helping out with a rental via texting as of today. Another employee at the service desk was actively smoking a vape at his desk! I was given very little help getting back to my job as a teacher on that actual day. No shuttle services or rides were available to help me get to work after my break down. There was no hope or help for a rental which should be covered by warranty, however until my car is diagnosed I cannot get a rental. They gave me no timeline except maybe up to two weeks for just a diagnosis! And possibly a month until my car is fixed!! My car is YET to be diagnosed ten days later. I cannot receive a rental until it is diagnosed. I have called almost every other day and left my number for the manager twice with no phone call back. I have lost hundreds of dollars in revenue as a piano teacher who needs a car to get to lessons and an Uber eats driver to make a supplemental surplus as a teacher. Also, I cannot get to and from my job as a teacher with no rental. This place is an absolute nightmare and has given me very little resolve except maybe my car will be diagnosed in four more days. That will be almost two weeks for just a diagnosis! Avoid this place at all costs. I will be selling my car and sending my business elsewhere.

My experience with AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway involved purchasing a 2021 Jeep Gran Cherokee Trackhawk. Throughout my adult life, I have owned over 40 vehicles. I have brokered countless other vehicle purchases/leases. This is quite possibly the worst buying experience I have ever endured. Despite the fact that my purchase was in excess of $100k, I felt I would've received better service at a Kia dealership. Since financing was already arranged, the vehicle was ordered, the paperwork process should have been minutes and not hours. Not only is AutoNation not able to complete purchases remotely (I have sold two properties this year alone completely remotely) but they are unprepared, it seems, to sell at the dealership. Designated agent (attorney-in-fact) had to take an Uber from Colorado Springs to Denver to collect the vehicle. He sat there for over two hours while the finance staff figured out the paperwork (this should have been done prior to his arrival). Then, despite the fact of having two cashier's checks which equaled the entire amount of the price as presented to me on the sales menu, the finance manager tried to peddle additional warranties. I expressly told the salesman I was not interested in warranties as AutoNation was $2k more for the same exact warranty I could get from another FCA dealership. Then the finance manager went on to tell me that this warranty was needed and would pay for itself because it would cover the carbon ceramic brakes on my new vehicle. First, the Trackhawk does not come equipped with carbon ceramic brakes. Second, if it did, the warranty would not cover their replacement. So this was a LIE. I suppose AutoNation isn't making enough on the sale of a vehicle at full MSRP; they need another few thousand to pad their pockets. I will not be back to this dealership and I will not recommend any friends, family, or clients patronize this establishment.

After paying i was told to wait outside & that they would bring me jeep to the front of the garage. I waited for about 10-15 min in the cold (it was about 30 something degrees outside) to later find out that they couldnāt find my keys. the only reason i found out was because i went inside to ask about my jeep. i think they need to pay attention more to were keys are placed & to have more communication with the customers.

Back in June I had bought a 2021 gladiator, Taylor D was my salesperson and he was amazing!! He didnāt pressure me to buy this jeep and didnāt just look at me as if I was another sale! I came in for an oil change today and Taylor stopped by and said hi for a few minutes. Nice to see people care and checking in. I have had this jeep for almost 5 months and desperately needed an oil change. I missed my appointment because of my hectic work schedule and Ben squeezed me in last minute. Nothing but a positive experience from this dealership.

I'm not sure what's happened at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway Service, but it's suddenly become entirely unusable . It honestly seems as if they are actively working to eliminate the vehicle service functions at this location. If you are purchasing a vehicle from this location, be aware of what may lie ahead for future warranty or vehicle service functions. In recent (October) efforts to schedule service, the web service appointment feature was non-functional, requiring a telephone call. The customer service person indicated that the soonest service appointment availability was literally six weeks out (mid-November). I booked the appointment anyway because I need warranty work done by an authorized dealer. Mid-November: I arrived at the service department for my scheduled 7A appointment time. Upon check-in, I'm informed that it will be 4-5 days before they can 'inspect' my vehicle. I asked if I should come back in 4-5 days and was told that the vehicle needed to sit at the dealership for that time in case they got to it faster - if it wasn't sitting there when they were ready, I would be bumped to the back of the inspection waiting line again. Again, this is just to diagnose the vehicle, not actually work on it. They currently required me (and possibly you as well) to be without a vehicle for 4-5 days just to give their first looks at it. Let me summarize - web appointment feature: non-functional. Purported ''service' appointment wait time (5-6 weeks). Once you arrive on your allotted service date and time, it's not actually service, it's the opportunity to leave your vehicle at the dealership for 4-5 days until they can squeeze it in for a diagnosis. In addition to being without my Jeep, service and/or any warranty repairs are a complete unknown for 4-5 more days. One's vehicle can end up sitting at the dealership for literally weeks under this new service paradigm. I purchased a new Jeep from a different dealer at this location in 2005 (16 years ago), and have routinely used this location for warranty and service on my new Jeeps since. I have often recommended AutoNation and Broadway Jeep to others in the past. All until today. I simply can't afford the many weeks of waiting time for a 'service appointment,' only to leave my Jeep with them for 4-5 days of additional waiting without a vehicle until they can diagnose it, and then who knows how long to 'service' it. Again, a warning to new buyers as well - warranty work requires dealer service. This is apparently the new 'service' paradigm at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway. Shocked, I asked if this was a 'staffing' issue and was told that it's just how 'busy' they are. I asked why the customer appointment rep didn't inform me of the additional 4-5 days' time of my Jeep waiting on their lot, I was told 'it was in my appointment confirmation email.' (It was NOT in that email, nor others). If Chrysler Jeep finds this kind of customer service acceptable, I will definitely consider other brands now (despite some 40 years of Jeep ownership). If AutoNation finds it acceptable, I'll have to seek a different dealer. Since Jeep Broadway finds this acceptable, I'm now forced to seek other service options until, or unless, they change.

With the departure of Jim Gieselman, the service department's reputation, as expressed by many here, is much the same, dismal. I was there back in September for some parts when I swung by the service department to follow-up with Jim on an email that he hadn't responded to - very unlike him. I met Nico A. who informed Jim was gone, and that he would be glad to help me. Great, I think, and explain my situation to him and follow-up via email. He said he would be glad to research the matter and would get back to me. I followed up with him a week later to see if he had heard back from FCA. I receive a rushed response, even using the wrong first name I go by. I thank him for the feedback and wait patiently. A month goes by with no feedback from Nico A. I send a follow-up email, and to this day, another 30 days later, zero response. I was just in the dealership two weeks ago where Ben took my info and stated he would follow-up with Nico to get me a response. Again zero response. At this point, I will no longer bring any of my Jeep vehicles to this service center. Clearly customer service is not their focus. I hope Jim is doing well wherever he landed.

Steer clear of this dealership and their extended warranty products. I purchased a vehicle here in 2018 and added the Autonation extended warranty. I traded that same vehicle into a different dealership at the beginning of the year (2021). Upon contacting the extended warranty number I was told I must contact the dealership where I purchased the vehicle to cancel. After about a month of calling and leaving voicemails I was finally assisted in cancelling the warranty. I received paperwork which I returned immediately and I specifically informed the finance manager that my address was no longer valid and I provided my correct address. The finance manager disregarded my new address and sent a check to an address I have not occupied in over 3 years...When I contacted the finance manger about the error I was rudely told she did not work in that department anymore and I needed to figure it out on my own. After leaving a voicemail stating I would be going to the BBB for a formal complaint I was called by a new finance manager, who stated the issue would be handled and a new check would be mailed in 4-6 weeks. It is now the last day of October and I have not received my refund. My next step is to lawyer up, and at that point my ~$950.00 refund just went up substantially. Customer service is non-existent with Autonation.

I'm going to voice some frustrations, and I'll be up front with you. I own three Jeeps under warranty and I will never take any of my vehicles to Broadway Jeep Autonation. I've had enough of the horrible communication and lack of workmanship. Most recently, was the third time my Grand Cherokee has been in the shop for a transfer case issue. Starting last June, there was a transfer case repair. One year later my car was in the shop for one month and had a new transfer case installed. Two months later I had it back into you guys for another transfer case repair. Fourteen months and 3 repairs for the same part, is unacceptable. When my frustrations were brought up to Ben Johnson, they were dismissed and blamed on Mopar. I asked to speak to the manager and he stated he didn't see him and that he would document my frustrations. Not good enough...frankly its horrible. I've run ins in the past with this Autonation and this is the straw that breaks the camels back. I'm done!!! Communication is horrible and unacceptable, from giving timelines and not getting a phone call within the timeline given, to just not calling me with an update at all. Surprisingly when I call the vehicle has been in the shop and diagnosed and I haven't heard a word. That is horrible and I would hate to see more of what goes on if the tech doesn't communicate with the service advisor. This place is bad, bad, bad! And the unfortunate part is my family has been purchasing vehicles from this Jeep dealership since it was up the street and before it was Autonation. No more and never again! It takes a lot to break a customer of 20+ years, but you did it and you did it successfully. I also won't be afraid to direct any individual I know away from this dealership! Shameful and absolutely zero customer service! Oh and one more thing, I better not for one second thing that you are going to blame COVID. Customer service has nothing to do with COVID. Move on!

Bought a 2013 Audi allroad from AutoNation in April. July 2nd it broke down. Towed it to Audi, called the extended warranty company that they suggested I purchase for an additional $170 a month. 2010 Ford Expedition. I chose to go with an older molder car to try to avoid a huge car payment. Just at 3 weeks into owning the vehicle a wrench light came on and it sounds like the transmission is dropping out of it. I understand as is. But less then 30 days in and Iām looking at a 1500.00 repair. Let me say I understand as is. This big of a fix was obviously swept under the rug long enough to get the car off your lot. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS SHOWN TO ME BEFORE THE WINDSHIELD AND REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED. I should of known better when the repairs promised werenāt done. Itās a shame. Most dealerships normally at least give you a 30 day warranty or would work with you on this type of cost because itās bad for business. While the experience was good I expected something in return when this came up, because obviously you guys knew this repair was going to need to be done. Used cars should be inspected and throughly examined before being sold. Iām very disappointed in the way this was handled. Owning a car for 3 weeks and having to drop a transmission in it is unacceptable and someone should step up to the plate. Itās a shame I would of come here to continue to buy cars. I have 4 more cars to buy in the next 3 years for my children. That doesnāt even include what weāre were going to buy. Guess Iāll find somewhere else to go.

Update: Finally got the vehicle and the bozos they sent it to for repairs broke more things than they fixed. Now the Speedo, fuel gauge, horn, and wipers don't work. They didn't align the fender as was prescribed, did put body mounts back on after "adjustment" of fender, didn't even bother to put the nuts back on the engine mount bolts after they were supposed to replace the oil pan gasket that still leaks. They didn't reconnect the EFI correctly, put the accessory belts on wrong and they were rubbing against the pulleys. So much for that AutoNation 28 point inspection. And i have talked with the GM, he was not helpful at all. Bought a used car from these people it's been over a month and I still haven't received it. They don't return messages in AutoNation corporate has done nothing about it.

Wow, 28 point inspection my foot! Bought a used car from them and it was to get some minor work done before delivery. When I finally got the car more things were broken than original. Just some of the things not working that you would think would be part of the "28 point inspection". Broken Speedometer, Broken fuel gauge, broken windshield wipers, broken AC, missing engine mount nuts, Missing body mount bolt.

Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler JK. Friendly staff and attentive service -- also strong car knowledge and transparency to their sales and finance processes. Having had some bad car buying experiences in the past, I always go into a store with a cautious mindset and ready to walk. I had a very positive buying experience working with several members of the staff from front of the house to finance. Only ding I would give is the reluctance of management to share cost/repair a minor interior issue -- replacing a broken manual shifter knob -- figured that would be an easy one buying a Jeep at a Jeep store. End of the day, ordering the part myself and a quick DIY job wasn't all that big of a deal. I enjoyed working with Raul and Travis there. Communication was great, and the process quick and efficient from the test drive to follow-throughs in the days after I took the car home. Good work, AutoNation Jeep. I will visit there again next time I am in the market.

I had thought about a couple different models and brands but the Limited is crazy with its standard options and Chan was incredible from scheduling my appointment to following up with me to accommodate my crazy mom schedule. Would NEVER recommend this service place. My backup camera started glitching out and not working shortly after I took my car in for a recall fix. I made an appointment and then when I got there was told it wouldnāt be looked at for 3-5 days. I was told I was suppose to get updates and never did. When I finally got ahold of someone towards the end on the 6th day, they told me it was ready for pick up, but they didnāt have the part to fix my back up camera. They wanted to charge me $665 just for the part to replace the whole camera. When we took the car home and looked at the paperwork, they didnāt even do a full diagnostic. My fiancĆ© ended up looking at it and realized one of the plugs was loose. Which the dealership didnāt even check. Needless to say, my camera is now fully working again without the help of the useless dealership who probably was the ones who loosened the plug. We also noticed on the paperwork, some updates were done that should of been done when the car went in to be fixed on the recall. Will NEVER be going back there.

Called to see if they had what we were looking for Shawn (the GM) looked it up called me back and said they did have what we were looking for, we showed up Eric R. was our salesman and was more then helpful (even helped with uconnect problems after the sale was final along with Patrick and Taylor) and Deb was great about getting us what we needed done so we could leave with our new car. Everyone there in Littleton on Broadway were very professional and helpful, we will return for future purchases. They are great everytime we go in even if it's just for an oil change!

I received an email this morning inviting me to review AutoNation services. I have to say it came at an opportune time. We have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee (which we really like). The lift on the tail gate is brokenā¦We took it in to AutoNation in mid June to get it repaired. Apparently thereās a problem with the bolt that holds the lift cylinder to the car body and they need to do some type of body work to fix it. They sent us to a body shop for an estimate and then have to decide if they will cover it on the (expensive) bump to bumper warranty. After 2 weeks we finally received a call back letting us know that they should have an answer in a week or twoā¦Really? This is not the type service that makes a great service department. BTW, the rear door on the Grand Cherokee is not useable with out the power lift⦠Canāt recommend AutoNation on Broadway, they get a 0 from me.

Although I made my appt 2 weeks prior, after dropping my car off at 7:30a on Tues to check out the recurrent death wobble in my Jeep, they didnāt even look at my car until Thu late afternoon. I made several calls to check status throughout the week & was continually told they havenāt gotten to it yet. I was told on Tues pm that although I dropped my car at 7:30a, there were 30 cars already ahead of me. If thatās the case, rather than have my car sit on the lot untouched for 3 days, how bout they reschedule me for a time they can actually look at my car. Seems they are more about their convenience rather than good customer service. Maybe itās lack of staff because of covid? Even so, seems like poor management to me. Beware that if u use them for service, they are DEF overbooking appointments.

We bought our Jeep from this Autonation last year and it was time for servicing and a shifting issue needed to be looked at by the transmission gurus under warranty. Made an appointment in advance, brought it in and after three days of being told we were next, we decided to pick it up and will now go somewhere else. Warranty work must come after all of the 4 star Google reviewers, cuz someone is being put in front. Re the Yes in quality - they were able to fit in an oil change and tire rotation under the Jeep Wave benefit before we picked it up.

This is the 3rd time I've had terrible luck with AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway. They do not communicate well! The first two times they had my car for 1 week and 3 weeks respectively. This third time by the 3rd day there it hadn't even been seen by a technician so I picked it up to take it elsewhere. TERRIBLE is all I can say. I will never buy from them again.

Brought my Jeep in for oil change and to fix tire pressure sensors. It took two days to fix the sensors and when I asked about discount coupons for oil change, neither service manager or tech knew of "three synthetic oil changes" for $100 that was posted on the Autonation web site. Seems like this service dept. is overworked and service is backed up too long to get simple repairs done on the same day. There were several sales staff sitting at their desks with no customers to serve. I would've expected them to pitch in and help the service reps with service customers coming in to the shop.

We worked with Travis from AutoNation Jeep on Broadway and he was awesome. He took the time to walk through all of the features of the Gladiator before we went on our test drive. We loved the car and he answered all of our questions prior to our purchase. My wife wasn't there at the time of purchase so I brought her the next day and he, again, took time to walk through the features so that she knew everything about the car. What a painful process this was. Went to purchase a Jeep and got a pretty young salesperson. Rather than listening to what we wanted, he tried selling different options. He didn't know how to use the software and kept having to ask other people to come over and help him. We ordered a Jeep and had to wait 12 weeks for it to be manufactured. The salesperson promised to notify us as it advanced through the process. This was done via text message after 10 pm in the evening one night. "hey buddy" was the way it was messaged. Lacking professionalism. Too friendly too quickly. When it was ready we coordinated a time to pick it up. As I was extremely busy I asked that they have everything ready so the pickup experience was efficient. It took 3 hours! We sat around waiting for most of that time. The jeep had mud splashes on it when we drove it off the lot. A nick on the dash which we were promised would be followed up regarding. After a week I had to follow up with the salesperson.

They had my car for two days before they even looked at it, then told me they fixed the issue only to have it remerge two days later. Disclaimer * completing this review was elicited via email. This review reflects my current experience. I have not yet had the chance to see how things pan out* I bought a car here a few weeks ago ...the night before a huge snow storm came into Colorado. Right away there was a smoke smell in the car. I was assured a smoke bomb would get rid of the smell. I have not yet given that a chance. The next day, a service light came in. I also realized the backseat didn't have a seatbelt. Since this dealership is over an hour from where I live and because I work in a clinic (often 10 hour shifts) I haven't had time to drive down. I instead went to a Hyundai dealership near where I live and paid to have a diagnostic test for the service light and I also inquired about the seatbelt. The Hyundai dealership found a hose that needed to be replaced. The cost was minimal ($250), but still an inconvenience. The Hyundai dealership also replaced my rear wiper. The Hyundai dealership told me that it appears the seatbelt I. The back seat was cut and is not in the car. They also let me know that the rear window visor was loose, which explains the rattling noise. Between the smoke smell, engine light, no seatbelt, bald tires, rear wiper that wasn't working. I accepted the smoke smell and that I would be able to get it removed with a car bomb. I can't report in the results of that yet. I accepted having to buy new tires. I accepted paying out of pocket for a diagnostic test. But taking ALL these things together AND not having a seat belt in my back seat? It's a lot. I'm a single mom and really thought I had done a good job in evaluating the car. Again, I have not taken my car back to auto nation yet. I will next we l. It was evident that the Service representative wanted to be anywhere else and that we were clearly interrupting something important as he could not be bother to look up as he spoke to us. Terrible follow up communication as I had to call to received updates and status of repairs. The problem was said to be addressed but of course two later the issue has come back. I took my 2013 jeep in at my scheduled appointment time and it was not even looked at until 26 hours later. After calling them I was told that my appointment was to just to talk to them and not to do any work on the vehicle. I had asked for an evaluation as I was going on a couple of long driving trips. I asked the status of my jeep and was told that it needed over $4,000 worth of work. Back in July I had $3,500 worth of work done at another Auto Nation and less then 8,000 miles had been put on my car since that time so I was really surprised that it needed so much work done, so instead of moving forward I wanted to pick my Jeep up and take it to my regular mechanic which I did and they said that the work that the Auto Nation said was needed wasn't needed at all.

This will be my last time at this dealership. No one ever even looks up to acknowledge you when you walk in for service. The tech was using foul language loudly to service rep right in front of me. The lady handling my check in pulled her mask down and picked her nose in front of me multiple times. She said sheād call me when car was ready and never did. I was waiting outside for 2 hours.

I had been looking for a few weeks for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee to replace my Charger for more capability in the snow and utility to haul things around including my new large breed puppy as he grows. The used market has been coco bananas the last couple of months no thanks to the virus and made finding my ideal spec very difficult. Having plenty of experience driving V6 models, I finally made the decision to just go drive a new V8 just to see if it was worth the extra money and effort to track one down. Fortunately they had a few to choose from and gave me the keys to a fully optioned out Trailhawk on display in their showroom to drive and see if it was the right fit. I ended up loving it so much on the test drive I decided screw the used market, I?ll buy it new. They gave me an absolutely nuts deal on my car for trade that I couldn?t refuse so I pulled the trigger on the Trailhawk. Unfortunately their automated systems were being wonky so I spent a lot more time in the dealership than I thought I would but they still made it work and took the time to make sure everything was perfect before I left with my new Jeep. Not really blaming them for the issues that caused me to wait for so long getting the paperwork sorted out but it was a little bit of an annoyance (hopefully your experience is better in this regard). Overall I was very satisfied and happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

When Bre Seaton checked me in and out she never took the time to either introduce herself to me or even ask me what my first name was. That's fine. What should I expect from a car dealership, right? On the plus side, the oil change and rotation were done well and the process was fast. I'm still owed two more oil changes but that will be the extent of my dealings with this group.

I went in to the facility which was well kept up. I made an appointment with Shane regarding a used 2017 Jeep to trade with my vehicle. When I arrived, Shane met with me and let me drive the Jeep I was interested in. After going over the financial aspects regarding my trade, he had me drive a 2021 Jeep Gladiator, which my husband and I became interested in and how it helped my trade with a new vehicle. The other salesman that helped, Patrick, was very helpful and explained how the trade worked and how much we saved by leasing the vehicle. Kamran in Finance, spent time with me to explain the financial details and by the end of the day, we had a new vehicle. The Jeep was one owner, great auto fax report, purchased originally from this dealer in 2005 and regularly serviced by this same dealer. I trusted that the Jeep was totally trouble free, sales person told me he had driven the vehicle personally. This sales man and a female employee were the ones that delivered the Jeep to me. I drove the Jeep some 60 miles back to my home...The rear differential growled and wined awful. I called the dealer to talk to the salesman, I was told he had just left on "vacation"...I asked to speak to the female employee who had helped deliver the Jeep to me, and was told she was no longer an employee.....something is NOT right here....I talked to the New car sale manager, and to the used car sales manager...same story Jeep was "SOLD AS IS"...I thought I was buying from a reputable dealer, NOT some corner used car lot selling junk from the auto auction. I hope that the female employee who mysteriously quit the same day as she helped deliver the Jeep, did not take my paper work, that I had signed for her with her.. ......my opinion is this dealer is very questionable as to truthfulness, and moral responsibility.....Charlie Raab

I have taken my Jeep in 3 times for a safety recall and have yet to have it fixed. First time they did not have a loaner car for me after I specifically requested a loaner vehicle. The next time they had the vehicle and not the parts. The third try the dealer I bought it from did not have a loaner vehicle so I went to a dealer that I did not purchase the vehicle from. They did an inspection to verify that I did need the part and I do need the part. That was Tuesday January 26, today is February 10 and I still have not heard from the dealership. So I guess safety, and my time is really not a priority for Auto Nation.

I had a Monday 8:15 am appointment to have the engine light diagnosed. When I checked in I was told that they would look at my vehicle that afternoon but the repair would most likely be done the next day. I was confused by that as I had a 8:15 appointment but they said they were busy so I was okay with the wait. Well after 24 hrs and 4 calls with no reply from my service advisor I called the GM, who has yet to call me back. I did finally get a call late Tuesday afternoon, only to find out they still haven?t looked at my vehicle but would looked at Wednesday morning. After it was diagnosed, it turned out a new sensor was needed. Well I finally did receive my vehicle Friday afternoon. This is the third oil change I have had here and will not be returning due to the lack of organization, promptness, and communication. I purchased (pre paid) for three services in July 2020 and had used two of the three but the employees could not find record of that. I had to find proof of that in my records. I had an appointment and my car was not serviced until about an hour past appointment time. The staff were terribly disorganized and tense with one another due therefore very unfriendly. My car was returned to me with oily hand prints on the white paint and a scratch on the passenger side handle.

This was the second vehicle I leased from this dealership in the last three months. I was able to e-mail them the vehicles I wanted to see and they had them available when I arrived. Once my daughter and I made a decision on the car, the paperwork was easy and fast, The only hiccup we had, was waiting for the new vehicle to be detailed before delivery. Made an appointment on line to take my Jeep in for repair. I dropped it off at 8 am. I didn?t hear anything all day. I finally called at the end of the day. They told they didn?t have time to look at it, and wouldn?t till next week. When I asked about why I had to make an appointment, I got some lame excuse that the on line appointment is just to drop it off. Why would AutoNation create a web page to drop off your vehicle? They never told me when I dropped it off that they would not be able to repair the vehicle for a week. That would be good information to know.

I had a 9:15am appointment to replace my brake pads and rotors. I was told that I would receive a phone call within an hour with a quoted price and timeline for the work. After 3 hours, I called in and was told that they would give me a call back after they speak with the technician. Another hour passed and I called again, but this time I was put on hold. After holding for 15 minutes I was told that they would call me back very soon with answers. Another 45 min passed and I called back again. This time they had the quote for the work to be done. At this point no work had been done on the brakes. I was told my car may be done before they close but worst case scenario first thing Monday morning. I emphasized that I needed my vehicle done that day as I had an appointment early in the morning to avoid this situation and needed my vehicle to commute to work Monday. The service center was to close at 5pm...still no call by 4:45pm so I drove to the facility. When I went to the service desk to let them know I wanted to pick up my car, they told me my car had been done for a while. When I asked why they didn't call me, I didn't get a response. In Summary: I had a 9:15am appointment It took 5 hours and 3 times calling to get a quote and a timeline of the work to be done 8 hours total from start to finish to replace 4 brake pads with rotors. I will not be returning to this facility in the future to have any work done on my vehicle which is a shame because it is 1.2 miles from my house and is where I purchased the vehicle from.

Purchased a new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway through the Costco Auto Program which I highly recommend to potential buyers if you have a Costco membership check out the the program through Costco. Initially the sales representative Karmon quoted me a higher price than what was showing on the website and tried to brush it off on dealer fees. Finally got the Costco price which appeared to be reasonable discount. I also had a $1500 Jeep voucher which I presented but I am not convinced that was taken off the discounted price because when I asked the sales rep to explain the pricing I didnāt get a clear answer. I have to say I felt rushed to close the deal despite telling them I wanted the vehicle and would return the next day to close the deal. I had told the sales rep I wanted the have body side mounding trim added to vehicle and door protector trim and he said yeah yeah the finance guy will help you with that. The finance guy, Nick, I will get back to him shortly, sold me a warranty for nicks and dents instead, so I never got what I wanted. I also wasnāt aware that I was not getting a privacy cover or roof rack rails that they were options otherwise I would have negotiated that into the final deal. Because I was rushed to close then and there, and I did tell them I had an doctors appointment I drove away from the dealership with a $35,000 vehicle that has a bunch of bells and whistles I have no clue how to use or whatās there! I was told to keep a notebook of questions about the vehicle and then call to make appointment to come back and they would go over things I just found out I had requested financing at my credit union and discovered that is not who I got financed by! Very disappointed! I went through all my paperwork and discovered I have no clue who I financed with and the monthly payment rate and term is much more than the piece of paper they showed me on the sales floor. Of course they keep all those papers after the deal so you donāt have proof of what they plied you with to close the deal. Buyer Beware of being rushed and the all smoke and mirrors. Although I had requested financing with my credit Union of Colorado as they had quoted me a rate and the rate I got was slightly higher, come to find out they didnāt even use my credit union! On the other hand, everything was rushed, I asked about service loaners, yeah they are available, not sure there is a fee or not but you have to call ahead. Bottom line, I had a 10:00 am appointment and left at 3:15 with a new vehicle, not quite sure what the vehicle I just purchased was equipped with I was driving away with but I had 3:45 doctors appointment so plan on spending on a whole day at the dealership so that you can get all the details. I would post a picture of my new vehicle purchase, which is a major purchase, at the dealership with my sales rep but they failed to make that happened. Itās been over two weeks now and never received a follow up call from GM or the dealership thanking me for the business or if I was satisfied with my purchase or had any questions about my new vehicle, and they do have my contact information, leaves me with the feeling that they made a sale and donāt really care about you after that.

I had my Cherokee in for 20K service and oil change. When driving home the low oil pressure light came on and when I got home there was oil everywhere. I had to have it towed back to the dealership and redo the service and my car was only delivered back to me the next day. Gas tank was filled as courtesy but my driveway/garage that was super clean now have oil stains that I can?t remove. This could have damaged the engine for sure.

I bought a used 2003 Jeep Wrangler from them 17 days ago and traded in a Tesla Model 3. I technically paid cash for the Wrangler. They still haven?t paid off my trade-in. I understand it can take time to fund a deal, but in this case there was nothing to fund... no reason for it to take so long to pay off my trade-in. I actually received an email a few days ago from Tesla, saying a new owner has registered the Tesla to them; meaning they literally sold my trade-in without bothering to even pay it off. Is that even legal? This should have been an easy process. I paid cash for the Jeep. Nothing to fund on their part. Yet they still haven?t bothered to pay off my trade-in. I can?t think of any reason for this other than laziness or procrastination on their part.

I have a new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 4k miles on it and I started having lower battery issues. I called the dealer and the first available service appointment was 10 days out. Dropped my Jeep off before 8am Thursday. Late Friday service advisor texts me they are short of technicians to look at it and it will need to carry over to the following week. Finally, Tuesday I text the service advisor and he reply, sorry I forget to tell you your car is down. I was taking Uber to work. I donāt know why you need to beg for status updates or why schedule appointments if you donāt have staff to perform service. After I bought the new Jeep the Sales Manager emailed be thanking me and asking for my feedback on the sales process. I provided a long response with the good parts but also point out faults with the vehicle at delivery and the poor dealer prep. Tried 3 times and no reply. I will also note this is my 4th Jeep purchased from the dealership.

My fiancƩ and I received 3 'free' oil changes when we purchased our cars through Auto Nation. We both got our oil changed a few days ago. We had to wait a total of 4 hours to get our oil changed. 4 hours is a VERY long time for 2 cars. And the woman said it would take an hour 15. I got my Jeep Compass (2015, 72000 miles on it, so a pretty new car) from them, less than 4 months ago... after a week from my purchased it was back at the car dealership due to a malfunction with the AC... now (after I didn't even put 10.000 miles on it) my clutch is completely broken and even if we have the extended warranty, they wanna make me pay for it ($2300!!!)... I spoke with several mechanics and there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY someone can break a clutch in LESS THAN 4 MONTHS!!!!!! You can google it or you can ask to any mechanic, it's literally impossible!! Plus, I've been driving manual for 15 years so I perfectly know how to drive it, but even if I didn't know, it takes at least a year of driving it like crap, before a clutch can break down like that so this mean the car was already messed up and they didn't check everything that it was supposed to be checked!!! (And you can tell that also from my first issue with the car after only a week) They sold me a lemon and now they wanna make me pay for it!! This is absolutely ridiculous and totally unprofessional!! They definitely lost our business forever and I'll make sure nobody I know will purchase from them! The lack of professionalism from them is disgusting! I made a claim also to the headquarter in Florida because I am not paying 2k on a car I JUST PURCHASED!!!! I don't care if any extended warranty won't cover the part, is just absolutely ridiculous that they would sell me something like that and don't take any kind of responsibility for it!!! The dealership needs to take action and fix that part! What kind of service is this?!? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They will sell you a lemon! Without counting the fact that it took me 5 phone calls and an entire day before the Sales Manager called me back, AND it's since Friday that I'm waiting for a replacement car (which they promised me) but it's Tuesday and still nothing about it! They don't take ANY responsibility for their negligence on the car broken, they won't meet me half way on the price of the repairs, they won't match the price that another mechanic gave me and they won't even cover the cost for towing my car back to my home!! We are absolutely disgusted from this treatment and total lack of service and professionalism!! A billion dollar company like AutoNation that won't cover 2k of repairs on a car they just sold and where the customer does not have any fault because it's all about their poor quality of work and work ethic, it's absolutely insane, unfair and unbelievable!! Under my expenses I had to tow my car to another mechanic and I will have to pay for the repairs!! I will file a major claim against the entire shop, General manager first of all! Like I already said, do yourself a favor and go purchase somewhere else!!

It?s the little things. I arrived before close to drop my car off the night before its appointment. Jim greeted me as I was trying to fill out the key drop form. I was nervous to say the wrong thing and get charged for something I couldn?t afford. It?s been a tough year. Jim assured me they would do the standard oil change/tire rotation service package I bought with the vehicle, no charge above what I already paid. He?s a really wonderful guy and he took care of me. As I?m walking out, even though the shop is closed, I see Jim send a guy out to move my car inside the shop ? even though I had a later morning appointment. Didn?t think about it until I came to pick the car up. (Btw, no extra charge, no aggressive up sell besides telling me where my parts are actually at in replacement cycle, not ever, since I bought the car 3 years ago.) When I picked the car up the next morning, it dawned on me that it snowed overnight. And my car was clean of snow and safe inside over night. It?s the little things like that which have made this old skeptic a true believer that there is a car place that will actually take care of you, in the big ways and the little ways, like a business should take care of its clients. Every time I?m there somebody wonderful like Jim takes care of me, not in a fake nice way to butter me up, but for real nice and genuine and caring about their job and the quality of our relationship.

No communication and two days to complete a 2 hour repair service. I brought the service bulletin identifying the issue I was having . 4.5 hours later someone decided to verify the issue when I called in to find out a status. Having an appointment apparently doesn't mean that your car will get attention during that time. Any bit of information I received was due to my efforts. I never once received any contact from the dealership. I eventually just showed up to pick up my car at the end of the second day since I had heard nothing and couldn't get a service advisor to answer a phone. I stated a couple times that I had to travel and didn't expect this task to result in an overnight stay, much less a second full day of service. Facility is very clean and it appears the repairs were done well.

After a rocky road purchasing a new Jeep, then no return calls...Iām simply going to say, JIM ROCKS (in Service Department)!! There were 2 others there the day I went in for my 1st service (wonāt go there). Unfortunately they donāt tell you when booking appointment that Technicians ALL take lunch @ 1200. Then they book you @ 1145? However, JIM was there when I returned an hour later. I was planning on waiting until 1430 (previous person gave me this time). JIM was such a PERSONABLE, REFRESHING & PROFESSIONAL, smooth check in & out, I was blown away! He got my Jeep in & out quickly and was truly a pleasure. I hope JIM is there next time I go in. Lost my lug nut key to repair a flat on my Jeep. Asked the dealership that I bought it from and they couldnāt help and had little information on what I could do. Called Auto Nation S Broadway and spoke to Jim and Travis in service. Both told me that they could help me and set me up with an appointment. I'm horrible with names. However my salesman was awesome I picked out two cars and test drove them both. Their was no pressure to buy anyone or to buy a brand new one. I told Brea my story of our long term relationship in Tampa, that I was seriously interested in a Rubicon Wrangler and she said I had to meet Emily, a sales manager. I walked to the showroom, found her, and what a remarkable young lady, so nice, so knowledgable, and she introduced me to Mathew Sims, a young man who was their top sales advisor, knew his stuff about everything Wrangler (and I am sure any model), in moments had me test driving various engine/transmission variations, etc. Sat down to write a special order vehicle, Mathew was extremely helpful on what options were worth it, which were not based upon his customers experience. Our new 2021 arrived in 6 weeks, delivery was amazing. I could go on and on, needless to say I am a raving fan (you think?).

Bre at the Broadway location gives amazing customer service where others have failed. Took my Jeep to the Arapahoe dealership and they could not get the repairs done timely (3 weeks out) and lied about having to ship parts from out of state when 89 were available in town and within AutoNation. Bre got me in right away and properly trouble shot the problem which was also wrong by the Arapahoe store.

Great Job by Rafael in the service dept! As Promised... on time both drop off and delivery, no sales pitch for extra just showed me the details and actually helped me find coupons when I asked to save over $100 on tires. Work was great and charts were easy to understand on alignment. I turned my Lexus in for a Jeep and BY FAR a better car in all kinds of weather and truthfully a better audio/sound system in the Jeep.

We bought a brand new Jeep Rubicon from AutoNation. It was our third Jeep vehicle but our first time buying from AutoNation. We love the Rubicon but sadly we have had a terrible experience with this dealership. Maybe things will change in the future but right now, sending customers home without properly reassembling their vehicle, failing to complete warranty repairs, and mistreating people who bought a new car from you are patterns we do not appreciate. - Incomplete repairs.- Despite antifreeze leaking on the floor, the service writer argued about whether or not our radiator would need to be replaced. The dealer finally replaced the radiator under our full manufacturerās warranty and called to tell us the Jeep was ready. When looking at the Jeep, we found out that the service department did not reassemble it properly, we are hearing water sloshing noises in the cabin, and smell antifreeze every time we drive the Jeep. It is not acceptable to put a customer back on the road after failing to reassemble the vehicle. How can we have confidence you did a quality job and did not overlook anything else? - Repeat paint issues.- This is the third time they attempted and failed to repair a paint defect. When I asked the service writer to look over the repairs with me, they quickly jumped to excuses about why the paint would never match and claimed everything was normal. Normal? Paint is not supposed to be textured and uneven. The paint is now worse than it was before we came in. - Service confirmed a faulty seatbelt, then refused to replace it.- When I dropped off the Jeep for service, I showed the assistant service manager a seatbelt problem. She replicated the problem in front of me, confirmed the seatbelt was faulty, and that it should be replaced. When service called to say the Jeep was ready, their story changed. Now AutoNation claimed the seatbelt was āpreforming normal operationā. Seatbelt failure is a safety issue and the faulty part needs to be replaced. Instead, we were given excuses and bullied by Travis, the AutoNation service manager, as he dismissed our concern and ignored the fact that his assistant service manager already confirmed the problem. All of the above issues are still unresolved and we are disappointed with how this dealership supports their customers. This is not how anyone should treat customers, especially ones that buy a 48,000 dollar brand new Jeep.

I had my 2019 Unlimited Rubicon into another Jeep dealership twice for this same problem within a couple days and was still broken.... several months went by, decided to try another dealership, so glad I did! FIXED!! JIM had a loaner car for me waiting to use while they worked on the Wrangler, and turning it back in after work, after service hours, it was so easy! Dealership worked with my schedule as well as fixed the problem- well done. I think I found a new service dept! šš

The first car I test drove I didnt like I told him I didn't like he still went and started on financing then got up set when I told him no then I found the car I wanted he tried to tell me I would never be able to finance it (it was a lie to tryband bully me in to the much more expensive car) I explained to him that I'm a single mom and could not afford the first car to which he replied surely you can afford 28 extra dollars a month but even with dealing with the shear stupidity of him I have my new car which has side door damage and no ac (he didn't even mention fixing it and i was so frustrated i didn't even ask) but I can afford it so I guess thats what matters!

I got my oil changed here again, and again they spilled oil all over the top of the engine and lazily cleaned/smeared it all over components of the engine. They else did not give me my multi point inspection check off sheet as they normally do. When I went back to ask for it, the guy just went in the back for a few minutes and came out with a filled out inspection sheet, with no date, no techs name. Looked like he just quickly filled a blank sheet out just to get me out of there o don?t appreciate that kind of xxxxty service. I bought my car from here, I deserve top notch costumer service. Anyway, I?m only coming back here one more time to use my last free oil change, then this place can xxxx off. :)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER- I'VE BEEN WAITING A WEEK FOR A CALL FROM A MANAGER AND HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES AND NOBODY WILL CALL BACK 2 weeks ago, I had an appointment to come look at a vehicle, left work early and drove over an hour, just to get there and find out they had sold the vehicle out from under me. What's the point of an appointment then, and how dare you waste my time. The salesman called me the following night to say, "the financing fell through" with the other party and that they would like me to give them another chance. I agreed. I had been looking nationwide for this vehicle for months, and finally found what I though was a decent one. My husband and I went in on Saturday, the vehicle was on a lift, immobile, but we got to look it over. We were told it was going through their "PRECISE INSPECTION PROCESS" We were told the cv axles would be replaced since the boots were cracked and leaking, oil change, air filters, and 2 new tires. I got a call Thursday that the vehicle was ready, and had them send me a copy of the "Precise Inspection Report" that showed the only things wrong with the vehicle were the tires that got replaced, the diff is seeping, and the cv axles. When I asked about the axles, I was told they weren't replaced, even though the report stated they had leaked almost all of the grease. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE! When I brought it up, they had their master tech look at the vehicle and guess what? They needed to replace the cv boots/axles... something that I was told was being done from the get go! So I had to wait another day to get my vehicle. Then, on Friday when I picked it up, here's what I found. Keep in mind, the "PRECISE INSPECTION REPORT" said ALL OF THIS WAS OPERATIONAL! 1. The vehicle WAS NOT "sanitized and sealed" 2. The tire pressure light was on. It just got 2 new tires, why was this not reset?! 3. As I was driving home, the A/C just kept blowing hot air! On a 95° summer day! 4. The "detail" was a rushed wash that I would expect from a high school fundraising car wash. 5. The oil change sticker in the window was never changed, so I don't know if it was actually done and when I need to get my next oil change. 6. The right fog light was out 7. The left license plate light was out- this is something I CAN GET A TICKET FOR 8. 2 of the interior dash lights are burned out. 9. The left headlight is heavily oxidized and discolored. 10. The spare tire is dry rotted NONE OF THIS IS OK! I got a report showing that all of this worked, and I paid a price for a vehicle that all of this was supposed to be working on! I am absolutely disgusted. I came back to give your company another chance to make what they did right, and have had nothing but problems since. Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever!

Despite having a reservation to drop the vehicle off at a particular time/day, they didn't even look at it until the next day. Why make a reservation? The service agent I worked with was great, but limited by the lack of organization and operational processes of the shop. After diagnosis, it was determined to be a cracked and leaky radiator hose.....which apparently is made of gold as the price to replace was $1200. Fix took a few hours...they had the vehicle for 2 days.

Covid-19 means next to nothing to this dealership. I as soon as got there, a tech without a mask jumped into my vehicle. I counted 4 employees without masks, another 4 that wore the masks under their noses (including the service manager) and another 2 employees that only wore a mask when customers approached the parts counter. Obviously they don't really care about the health of the customers. When I originally arrived, I let them know that I have a daughter with special needs who will die if I get exposed to the virus. The greeting guy offered to sanitize my entire vehicle for only $30!! Oh, and there were plenty of customers without masks at all. When I left, I made sure they understood that I will never be back. Worst dealership I have ever visited!

Horrible experience with the service department, particularly Jim. Made an appointment for 10am, but when I got there the front desk laughed at me and said they wouldn't be looking at my car today (all I needed was a small part that was missing to open the gas cap, would've taken 2 minutes). This is after they told me over the phone the repair would be quick (I had explained the problem) so I had no ride organized. They told me "I guess you can wait" and then came back an hour and a half later to say that they had to order the original part. They said they'd contact me when the part was ordered to re-schedule my appointment, but I haven't heard from them since. Terrible attitude from Jim, incredibly condescending and I felt like he just told me he would order the part because I'm a younger girl and he wanted me out of there. Will not be coming back with my Jeep in the future and REALLY urge anyone reading to go to a different dealership. It's not worth your time or energy to deal with such miserable people.

Finally did and theyāve had my vehicle for a week pending on a proper diagnosis to file a claim through their Warrenty, and wonāt provide a rental car through the process. I went in for a recall repair and oil change. After I got there they told me they did not have any more parts for the recall repair, even though they checked when I made the appointment and said they were all set to have me come in. They did my oil change and tire rotation for free. All the corporate apps and emails sent mention free shuttle service and free pickup / delivery of vehicle. This location does not offer either. Corporate needs to update that location's offerings.

I brought my daughterās 2018 Jeep Cherokee for an issue with the passenger seat belt and the appointment was for 10AM 7/20/20. We never heard from anyone until I called about 4:15 PM and was told they hadnāt looked at the vehicle and he would let me know before they closed if the car would be ready or to leave it overnight. My question is why make an appointment at 10AM when at 4:15 PM the car isnāt ready or someone could call us to give us an update?? I find your customer service to be lacking. My suggestion is to make an appointment and at that time service the vehicle.

I have had my car repaired/serviced numerous times by AutoNation in Littleton off Broadway. Jim Geiselman is my Service Advisor. When I moved to Arvada I tried AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West off Colfax and had a horrible experience. Do not recommend using them. So when I need service I drive from Arvada to Littleton. Facility was clean and generally my experience was OK. Like many businesses appears to have been working to figure out what the new post COVID world will look like. My only thought is this: I know gear-heads are (self image wise any way) tough and like to present a strong man image. But, wearing protective gear not just when in directly serving customers, but all of the time is uncomfortable, but may be necessary (after all none of us know if it's not). As tracking virus contacts begins, do you think your rep would be enhanced if someone tracked their exposure to your place of business?

Purchased a 2019 CPO Grand Cherokee, happy with deal, Ari the salesman was great. After getting it home noticed a scrape in the winshield. Took it back to the dealer and they refused to fix, not part of their 150 point inspection. Talked to used car manager and his boss with no luck. Scrape is not a crack or dangerous but it is in my line of sight so to drive I have to look around it. My wife is shorter and she didn't notice it on drive home. Look, the whole reason to buy from Autonation is to get a quality used vehicle that does not need repairs. I would expect that to include a good winshield. But now I have to go buy a new windshield myself. Congratulations Autonation, you saved $200 but you lost a future customer. Also, why would a 1 year old car only include one key? I bought a 1 year old car and I have to purchase a second key myself? I guess I just expected more from Autonation. You should really make it standard practice to give all car purchasers at least 2 keys.

I found a car that i was interested in and was contacted by a sales rep the next day, after sending an email inquiry. Then....The general manager contacted me, to make sure that I was contacted. I made an appointment for my next available day off amd the sales rep asked for my cell phone number on case something came up. Needless to say, the car sold before my appointment, but they offered to help me search for another vehicle (same model) at the other locations. Didnt get a car that day...But I was glad that I didnt get the old bait and switch and was treated with respect and integrity.

The staff was wonderful. Brandon was thoroughly knowledgeable, and we reviewed the 4 models on the lot. The test drive was hassle-free, and the vehicle selected was just what I was looking for. While I was financing through USAA, the paperwork was still a hour-plus ordeal! I don't think I've had to sign my name that many times, since I enlisted! But overall, I was pleased with AutoNation. Moved this 1 star and back to 3 stars. Update: (3 stars) GM Sean REALLY cares about making his customers happy and cares about what they think. In the end, he worked with me to make things right. I very much appreciate the attitude of, āthe buck stops here, Iāll fix itā that I got from Sean. I truly hope they can get it together and consistently serve their customers well. There is potential here, it just needs some clean up at this time. Update 1: (1 starāshortened version) Customer service in service department could use some major work. I had several ongoing service issues with my brand new Jeep Rubicon (sales team was good--it's what happened after). I had to go in several times to fix the same issue. Communication was poor. Service manager would not take responsibility for any of the hassle, was extremely rude, and essentially insinuated that we were lying about continued (and new) problems. I explained problem to GM via email and received a response almost a week later. (Hence my update above)

I do not recommend service. I bought a brand new Jeep Rubicon (sales team was good--it's what happened after). Upon delivery, Jeep Rubicon would not connect to UCONNECT. Took jeep in, they did not fix it that day, my 45 mile trip to dealership was, just verify problem that Uconnect customer service told them was the problem. New unit came in (another 45 mile trip to dealership), it would produce no sound. Service put back in the old unit but failed to tell me that the old unit now had less functionality than when I brought it in. When I told them, they apparently knew and their solution was to turn vehicle off and on until it worked correctly. When 2nd new unit came in, they came to my house and left a loaner. Neither service nor sales manager could get my name right (it's not hard!). Returned my vehicle with chip in windshield. No one mentioned that either--just left me to discover it. Called back immediately. Service manager would not take responsibility, was extremely rude, and essentially insinuated that we were lying and knew about the chip (we did not!!!) I explained problem to GM via email and never received a response. 1 month after purchase, still do not have a defect free BRAND NEW Jeep--and never have. Worst experience ever. Will never use again, I suggest you don't either;

Great car. Argued back and forth with Debra in finance about not wanting to get their $3500 protection package cause I think it?s a load of BS. I have multiple other vehicle protections in place and will not give a dealership that much money ?just in case? something goes wrong. If and when it does I?ll have that $3500 in my bank to deal with it. She was crazy pushy and got downright rude and very very unprofessional about it. Like she was so mad we did t get it. I also know there?s huge commission for those and get she wanted that money...at my expense. Secondly we had our own Cap One pre-approval for $50K and said that the one we want and to runt that plan please. Everything seemed fine afterwards except I was boiling about Debra and her unbelievable performance, until the next morning all my credit alerts start telling me there?s SEVEN new hard inquires on my credit report. Really AutoNation? I asked you not to that. Just skip here and go to any other car dealership. They asked me for my review so here it is. 7 days later and I?m still telling people about her when they ask about my new car.

Worst service department I have ever been at. They will not hold themselves responsible for vehicle damage that they created. The 1st time I brought it in they had my vehicle for several days and did not get the problem fixed. When I came back to pick up my Jeep it was covered in mud and scratched up. And minus a quarter tank of gas. I had a package of oil changes. With 4 oil changes left. They told me it would expire in a few months. I told them that was ridiculous. The manager said he would make me a deal! He would extend the date, but only give me 2 out of the 4 oil changes left. I have never had the deal a dealership as this. Unbelievably badd management. I will never buy another car from this dealership. I am afraid to go back for those 2 oil changes. Fearing what will happen to my Jeep when I bring it there. Please save yourself trouble and aggravation. Don't deal with these people if you don't have to.

I brought my 2015 Jeep to AutoNation to have the Rear Camera replaced. This was covered under the Extended Warranty I purchased when I bought the vehicle. AutoNaton offers a free multipoint Inspection when you bring your vehicle in for service. The technician found a leaky Engine mount. Jim worked with the Insurance Company getting all the documentation they required for 1 1/2 days to get the engine mount covered. Jim also kept me in the loop as he was working with the insurance company. I thank both the service technician for doing a thorough inspection and Jim for following thru to ensure all work performed on this visit was covered under the insurance policy.

Even though the dealership's computers were crashing...he took the time with me to make sure that I got back on the road quickly! THANKS ZACK!!! One area of concern I have is with the techs. On January 13th I had my Wrangler in for an oil change and a tech said that my front brake pads were less than 4/32nds. I brought it back on February 28th to get those pads replaced and a different tech noted that those same pads were at 7/32nds and they did not need to be replaced. This is a management issue. Whoever is in charge of the techs needs to make sure that they provide customers with accurate information when vehicles are getting serviced. Easy to contact and set up appointment for service unlike jeep place of off Wadsworth where no one will answer your calls. I used to use the place where I bought my jeep along Wadsworth in Littleton because it was closer to my home but no one answers your calls in the service center but found that the dealership on Broadway is real easy to deal with. January 2020 my Grand Cherokee was due for a major service. My Service Advisor, Zackarie Perry, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and technical knowledge. The overall waiting area was pleasant and comfortable. The show room was also clean. However, the coffee dispenser did not work as it did not the last time I visited this dealership. Pastries and bottle water could be a nice added feature? This dealership offers discounts to Veterans and Active Military which is a plus in my mine. They did not even look at my issues until 5pm, at which time it was too late to complete that day. Website only lets you make service reservations for preset services. Drove two hours down from the mountains to have Jeep serviced. My preassigned service rep was out to lunch when I arrived. A sensor alerted that the parking assist needed attention. Dropped the car and went to lunch. Received a call that the car was ready but they did not look at the sensor. When I reminded the service rep that I live two hours away, she couldn?t have cared. Can?t help. When I picked up the vehicle, no explanation of services or results. Generally have received great service at this dealer (I?ve bought six Jeeps from them) this was definitely the worst ever.

We went to install the parts and they are determined to be defective and this dealership would not get the part covered under warranty from Chrysler! So we had to pay for the part all over again! I have had frustrating and inefficient service at the AutoNation Jeep service center time and again. My first concern took over FOUR MONTHS to finally be taken care of. Then my air conditioner started acting up after 5 months of owning my new Jeep. I scheduled an appointment and drove 45 minutes across town to the service center for my appointment time. I was told, "We are backed up and won't be able to see your car for 3 days. But you'll have to leave it here or you will lose your place in line." There was no way that I could be without a car for three days and said, "But I had an appointment!" and they replied, "The appointment is just to get in the service line, not to actually have anything looked at or fixed." How frustrating! They do not seem to care or value your time. I will not get my Jeep serviced at the AutoNation dealership ever again. Don't waste your time!

I wish I could give zero or a negative score for this dealership! We bought our own parts online from a different Chrysler Dealership located in New York. We went to install the parts and they are determined to be defective and this dealership would not get the part covered under warranty from Chrysler! So we had to pay for the part all over again! Totally not fair and unjust treatment by Chrysler and this dealership. They knew that this feedback is coming and so they purposely did not send me the dealership feedback form, that they encourage you to "write you are highly satisfied and give only the best review"... This was NOT provided to me...

I have had frustrating and inefficient service at the AutoNation Jeep service center time and again. My first concern took over FOUR MONTHS to finally be taken care of. Then my air conditioner started acting up after 5 months of owning my new Jeep. I scheduled an appointment and drove 45 minutes across town to the service center for my appointment time. I was told, "We are backed up and won't be able to see your car for 3 days. But you'll have to leave it here or you will lose your place in line." There was no way that I could be without a car for three days and said, "But I had an appointment!" and they replied, "The appointment is just to get in the service line, not to actually have anything looked at or fixed." How frustrating! They do not seem to care or value your time. I will not get my Jeep serviced at the AutoNation dealership ever again. Don't waste your time!

Airbag recall , had a issue with heater/ a/c controls. And had my Transfer case serviced. I payed out of pocket for the later thatās fine . After inspection next day the tec didnāt replace the intake manifold cover and the issue with heat/ a/c not resolved.. called the dealership talked with Jason Weber service Advisor. Heās like yea I have your engine cover sitting next to my desk. You can pick it up anytime. Iām very picky about my vehicles and maintenance. That said Jason just brushed me off. Not Cool . I bought that Jeep there brand new and have always promoted that dealership.. NO MORE..

My heat/cool fan has been working only intermittently and had recently gotten worse. I made an early morning appointment for December 6th. Dropped the car off the night before since I had to work the next day. I called the morning of the appointment to offer more information on the issue. I had to call mid afternoon for an update as I hadnāt heard anything. I was told my car was still not done and would most likely not be fixed that day. I ended up going to get my car around 5 as they were waiting on warranty information to see what would be covered. Zeke was supposed to call me the following Monday to let me know what Jeep had decided. I did not receive a call and finally called the week after. I was told they were still waiting on warranty information over 1 week past my original appointment. I expressed concern with needing my repairs completed before heading to the mountains at the end of the month since the fan only works some of the time that affects the defrost and the heat. It has been a cold month driving my Jeep. Zeke told me he was emailing Jeep again that day on my behalf. I still had not heard back and called again on the 23rd. Another service advisor answered and took a message as Zeke was with another customer. I was unable to answer my phone as I was at work. Unfortunately my voicemail was full but there was never another attempt to contact me again. My original appointment was over 3 weeks ago. Very disappointed that it is apparently very difficult to actually get my car fixed.

If I could rate it less than 1star I would. We bought a new Jeep and from the day we drive it off the lot it has had problems and they want to charge us every time to loot at the issues under warranty. We prepaid for our oil changes and booked our appointments months in advance. It took over 2 hours for an oil change then a couple days later the car was over heating. The mechanics never put the cap back on and there was no coolant left in the car ! Worst experience and ruining our family Christmas together causing unnecessary stress. I bought a new car to avoid car stress.

I had a leased Grand Cherokee that I ended up buying. First American vehicle so I'm skeptical of quality and service. I took it in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace the radiator, the original quote I received was just shy of $2k. Luckily I had a Vehicle Protection Plan. That price is a little steep regardless. When I got the car back, I was told I needed to replace the steering rack. Another $2k. This car had 38k miles on it and has never been used for anything other than commuting so I'm not entirely sure why so much work was needed, conveniently, AFTER I had actually purchased the car. This has eroded my confidence in American cars which was low to begin with. However, I've never had an issue with my Jeep and my service advisor Rod, was outstanding. He is good at building trust and rapport which these days, just doesn't exist. If you do need service, I'd recommend speaking to Rod. Overall I'd recommend this dealership to someone and from a sales perspective, Lauren Oar. She is phenomenal and diligent.

Great experience buying my 2019 Grand Cherokee Overland at AutoNation Jeep on Broadway in October. I brought it in for some minor warranty work on 12/18/2019, related to the Stop/Start feature. I had a great experience here with Matt as my service advisor for the day. He went above and beyond for my maintenance appointment. He even went over my warranty policy with me and what to expect with any more car trouble as far as the warranty is concerned (which never happened when I bought the car and warranty). Overall this was a great experience I would definitely recommend this location for vehicle servicing.

The staff and the service department went above and beyond, in repairing my car! The problem with the car had NOTHING to do with Autonation but they still were able to repair and get thecar back on the road all under warranty! I did buy thecar from them, so I say the integrity of their actions prove to be exceptional! Jim has been terrific! I?ve been into AutoNation Broadway for the same electrical issue (Infotainment/HVAC Computer - No fault of Autonation Jeep Broadway) and Jim handheld the process from start to finish. He was able to finally get the unit replaced despite my failed efforts going to FCA directly. FCA, who was the roadblock, would not authorize replacement and kept saying there is a software update coming. After a bad customer service experience with FCA directly, Jim took the reigns and was able to obtain replacement approval through service contract. He and AutoNation Broadway have provided excellent customer service through the entire process. This allowed me to remain calm and patient, while they did the heavy lifting. I couldn?t be more pleased with the experience. I?ve been going to Autonation Jeep Broadway for years and the service has always been excellent! I greatly appreciate the support.

The service rep(Keith) was amazing. He listened to my issues and took care of them. He even went to bat for me on some software updates that Jeep said was out of warranty. Not happy with Jeep and their products, but have a great dealer that helps take the sting out of a problem car with transmission issues and software glitches. This should not happen in a one year old car.

Overall I had a great experience at Auto Nation. The sales person Alexis was great and let me look over the car for as long as I wanted. The only issue I had was there was some damage to the back bumper even though the external inspection by the shop said they did not see anything. I was also a little disappointed that an owners manual was not included with the care either. Other then that the experience was great and I was treated well. The vehicle is running well so far and did well in the snow the last few days.

I have been bringing my 2015 Grand Cherokee to Auto Nation for several years for oil changes, etc. I have always had good service and friendly treatment. My last visit was especially rewarding. Jim, my service attendant, was especially helpful. My service was somewhat delayed because of volume. Jim was very apologetic and gave me a 15% discount on the oil change for the inconvenience. Made an appointment online a week ahead of time, which was very easy. I signed up for a package for my 40,000 mi service. I wrote a comment that I also had several other things that I wanted addressed during the appointment (a tire noise and hands-free connectivity issue). Day of the appointment, I arrive and the customer service person tells me that the additional items that I wanted address are dealt with in a different department and I would have to schedule another appointment or leave my car for the weekend. Had I known this was going to be an issue, I would have made it a point to schedule this at the same time as my other service, that?s why I noted it when I created the original appointment. I agreed to wait for my vehicle and was told that it should take about 1.5 hours for the vehicle service. After 2 hours and 45 minutes, I still had no update on my vehicle. I don?t mind waiting, however, if it was going to take nearly twice as long, I should have been updated. A manager noticed how long I had been waiting and told me that someone was preparing my paperwork. I was then informed that the original customer service representative that was helping me was on lunch, maybe that?s why I hadn?t seen him for over an hour to ask for an update? Finally, I got back in my vehicle and the tire is still making a noise in the same spot despite the fact that tire rotation and other part inspections are supposed to be included in this service. Nice facility but the free popcorn and coffee did not make me feel better about the lack of quality customer service.

HORRIBLE Experience with a fine ending. First of all we had a recall so we had to go to the dealership, we had been here one time before and thought it was good so we went back. We made an appointment a month ahead for a catalytic converter recall and I asked for an estimate for back windows. The person never told me there was any cost for the quote. Drop off was normal and then we waited. We received a call the next day saying our car might not be ready they would need more time. On the 2nd day they had it I received a call it was not going to be ready by the end of that day either, they needed parts, they were 24 hours behind. On day 3 they called again, this time to tell me there was $2700 of additional work our Jeep needed but we could purchase an extended warranty from them if we wanted, also it was $400 for the window repair and did we want to proceed with that repair. We told him no thanks not today. He called back again and said the car was actually ready now. ?? When we arrived to pick up the car that was in for a recall we had a $145 bill, this was the cost for the quote we were never told about, not when we booked the appointment, not when I spoke to the service department on at least 5 different occasions in the 3 days they had our vehicle. I left flustered, getting into my car there was paint on the door, the seat, the steering wheel and the passenger seat!! What? The very nice kid in the service area, Daniel, worked to get all the paint out of our car. We had nothing painted so why there was not paint IN our car was a mystery. Driving home our car now smelled like burning marshmallows and rotten eggs obviously when I got home my husband called to speak to a manager. He was on hold for 10 minutes before being told they were all in a meeting and he would call him back. Not getting a call back, my husband drove back there and spoke to Matt, the manager on duty. The only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1 star is that Matt agreed we should have been informed there was a cost for the estimate up front and not surprised at pick up. Oh and the burnt marshmallow rotten egg smell is totally normal with a new catalytic converter and we should have been told at pick-up, no answer about the paint. ?? Bottom line, the turnaround time to repair our car was 3 days!, the communication was beyond terrible, there was paint IN our car which had to be cleaned up and we were overcharged. Had my husband not driven back there we would not have been refunded. Just go somewhere else and save yourself a ton of hassle.

First and foremost I never write bad reviews because I work in customer service myself but this one is one I canāt get past without mentioning our experience. BUYER BEWARE!!! Check over everything!!!! There is a saying bad things come in 3s..... well that was definitely the case for us... actually in our case it was 4 bad things.... when dealing with this Autonation location.... Please please please make sure you check over EVERYTHING before signing the waiver stating that you assume responsibility to buy a vehicle āas isā as not doing so may cost you more then you bargain for!!! We recently purchased a used 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited with 15,500 miles from the Autonation on Broadway in Littleton. While the associate helping us was very polite ... we were less then impressed with the overall attention to detail this dealership had/has when evaluating trade-in vehicles that they then sell. The vehicle that we purchased has a light bar on it (put on by previous owner) but Autonation FAILED to check that it actually worked!! When we investigated the issue the day we were at the dealership it was determined that the āwiring harnessā that connects the light-bar to the vehicle was not there, thus the light-bar did not work. Why check to make sure the lights work when you donāt check to make sure that ALL the lights work!?!? We were told that there was nothing they could do because the company the light-bar was purchased from was not one that they are contracted with and they would not able to order the part and āfixā it for us. They missed the fact that the center console lever was broken, luckily I was able to repair the damage myself. Granted the day I purchased the vehicle I didnāt open the center console (my oversight) due to the issue we were focused on regarding the light-bar. Third and most expensive!!! One of the tires (which looked to be in great shape) started losing air the day after we purchased the vehicle... it had gotten really cold the night before so we kept an eye on it the next day to make sure it didnāt lose more air..... which it did.... I took the vehicle to Discount Tire to have them check for nails and they discovered that the tire didnāt have a nail... it had a āroad plugā in it!!! When asked if it would be able to repair it they said no as the āroad plugā had damaged the bands in the tire and had to be replaced to the grand sum of $552.80 FOR ONE TIRE!!!! When I asked what criteria they used to evaluate tires on trade-in/used vehicles they stated they check tread depth, tire pressure and side walls for damage.... make sure you check the treads themselves for nails or other damage they do NOT do this!!!!! So in addition to buying a new āused vehicleā which was already pricey enough.... my husband and I also had to shell out an additional $600 to āfix/repairā everything that Autonation missed!!!! And last but not least.... the vehicle came with a ātow hitch extenderā which they said should be easy to remove if we so chose to do so... which we wouldāve done had they given us a key to unlock and remove the hitch from the vehicle.... when they purchased the vehicle from the previous owner they failed to obtain the key to unlock the hitch for āeasy removalā so we are going to have to pay to have the hitch removed because we can not do it ourselves!!! Seriously what are you doing!????? I realize that we as buyers missed some things, but come on this is silly!!! What kind of customer service is this??? My biggest concern is if this is the non-critical stuff you missed.... what else did you maybe miss that could be really important or maybe even compromise safety???? It makes me question the whole purchase!!!! The management at the dealership did NOTHING to compensate for the issues and did nothing to help us correct the problems because āwe acquired their vehicle as isā.... This was not our first purchase with Autonation... but this maybe our last as this experience was extremely disappointing. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Can't get much worse than my recent experience, so horrible would be an improvement. After bringing in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT for a transmission fluid leak, I was told my car would likely be done the same day when I dropped it off at 7 AM on Friday, October 11th. Didn't hear from the service advisor until I kept calling, and my car wasn't even looked at until late in the day, and I was forced to leave the car another day-unacceptable as I rely on my car for my work. In Autonation's defense, they did give me additional credit, but my car is now making more noise than it did when I brought it in, although the leak seems to be repaired. After talking to Bridget, she did update me continuously on Saturday, but only after me calling several times on Friday. Very unsatisfied, and candidly, after spending close to $1K to get my car fixed, I expect better service. I can't believe I'm doing this, but I am scheduled to have another problem with the cooling system fixed next week, but was hesitant to give Autonation more business and another chance-I need to have my head examined.

Chrysler puts parts on national. back order and customer is without their new vehicle for 4 months . this is unacceptable customer service. if star parts can't give you an eta then you should have beating the he'll put of your dealer rep daily. your dealership has already beeb sent on Facebook around the world at this point. and it will be a daily missuon to slam you because of your 2 star award winning customer service.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My husband and I were excited to purchase our first vehicle, a brand new 2018 Jeep Compass, from this dealership back in November of 2018. The sales rep that we originally worked with was amazing, but everything has quickly gone downhill from there. We haven't seen our car in 4 months. It has been in the shop since JULY waiting on a part that apparently just doesn't exist. We have been contacted about once a month, given an "ETA" on the part, then don't hear anything until the next month, when we're basically given a new ETA. My husband and I have reached out to Chrysler for assistance and have had a horrible experience with that as well. We were told today by the regional Chrysler rep, Chris, that Chrysler would absolutely not work with us on a buy back for the vehicle and that the part we are needing (an instrument cluster) isn't even available in the US. So, where the dealership is conjuring up ETAs to give us in that case is a mystery in itself.. Chrysler and Jeep are lying, deceitful, and don't care about their customers after their sales are made. Please save yourself the stress and frustration and go buy a reliable vehicle somewhere else.

They are unable to fix what they sell. My kids bought a brand new Jeep in November of last year. It has been sitting on the lot since July because they cannot seem to find the part to fix it. That is a huge reason NOT TO BUY A JEEP! Iām sure they are still selling new ones but canāt fix the ones needing repairs!

I scheduled my appointment a week in advance and reserved a rental car. When I dropped my car off there was no rental car available so I was without a vehicle for 2 days. My Jeep is under warranty and needed a software update their price $350, contacted 2 other dealerships one said it would be free the other said it would be maximum of $75 if they had to remove the stereo. I had a whistling in my window and they said they didn't see any physical damage and couldn't recreate it so they gave up. Left a voicemail for both the Service Manager and General Manager of the dealership to call me back have yet to have them call me back. Trying to contact the Service Department by phone is a joke because they never answer (called over a dozen times). When my car was ready waited 45 minutes for their "shuttle" (which is actually a dirty minivan) and was told the guy went home for the day but at least they reimbursed my $25 Uber fare. 2 days without a car, lack of communication and prices higher than their competitors. Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Recent visit to dealership was impersonal, clunky, inefficient, and not customer focused. Dealership did reach out showing that they care about these objectives. Jeep was presented before being ready, problem not solved in one visit, two keys accompanied service visit and one was forgotten upon return. Dealership doesn't seem well equipped to complete wish list/extra convenience type requests (those items that you want to get taken care, since vehicle is there for functional repairs).

Had issues with my car, have the Mopar extended warranty, so I took it in to Autonation to check it out. The warranty is great FWIW. At the end of the first day, I received a call that they never got to my car. And, since it hadn't been diagnosed, a rental couldn't be provided to me as my warranty provides, so I could come and pick it up. Problem was, I had no ride and it was near closing, with traffic a ride share there to get my car wasn't going to work. The next day I received a call in the afternoon, the car was in service, it had a electronic part gone bad but they didn't have it, and on top of that, they didn't have a rental car to provide as my extended warranty provided, and they were no longer allowed to use Enterprise like they sent us previously. Disappointing, two whole days without a car, I made the best of it since I wanted it back for the holiday weekend. Day three got the car back, they were very courteous and professional, thanking me for my patience but honestly, what choice was there? Not the best experience to say the least, not sure why it went so sideways but I was fortunate to be flexible at the time.

brought my "new" 2006 in for past recalls that were not done. I did not buy the jeep from this dealership, but they were very helpful and thorough. Several people, although mostly Bridgett, went beyond in giving me info about jeeps. I am a novice. I spoke to her about steering issue, and she got it fixed for me for much less than I expected. I will return to this dealership for future servicing.

Okay, so first of all, good try with the screening software for publicly posted reviews. I run an online marketing business and know this game. Because this is one star, someone is going to actually read this and send me some BS email about how sorry they are, blah dee blah blah. And then I'm going to copy and paste it onto Google for the rest of the world to read. TL;DR: GO TO LARRY H. MILLER JEEP AND SEE GARY (ecoDiesel) OR HIS SON (normal Jeeps). On to the show... Should I start where Autonation held me hostage for 5+ hours promising me a loaner every few minutes? Or when it took them 36 hours to do a basic oil change and I still ended up driving to Summit County with engine cleaner instead of oil? I guess it was nice that their service department manager called me on his personal cell phone to tell me to get an oil change, immediately (Yay! Even more waiting for more service! Hopefully my car isn't too f'ed up!) I think I'll start with the fact that they had my car for over 15 days, and DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING. It happened when I dropped my car off before heading out of town for a week. When I came back, my car was still not ready. Because they were so worthless the first time in getting me a loaner car or putting me in a rental, I rented my own car for Day 1. Then Day 2. And finally days 3-5. After all this time, and all the money I personally spent on a rental car because they wouldn't compensate me.... drumroll please.... THEY DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING! I took my car to Larry H. Miller Jeep last week, where they put me in a rental car IMMEDIATELY. LHM fixed my car in three days-- no hemming and hawing about the work. No explaining how they have to order this part or that part. No complaining about warranties and approving claims and on and on an on... LHM provided nothing but real service where Autonation was a complete and total mindf****. And, at LHM, I paid nothing but my warranty deductible of $100 because Larry H. Miller paid for the rental. BOTTOMLINE: they have great reviews because they're using a ratings-based screening service that filters 3-star and below reviews to an email follow up, and 4+ reviews get posted online. But everyone *thinks* their review is getting posted. Just another way for them to screw you over without actually doing any work! :)

The master tech told us that nothing was wrong with our car but yes they seen the antifreeze leak. But they couldn't do anything unless it was pooling. Really this is how you run you ship ,? had oil change, however did not need it. purchased the 4 changes in a year only put a few miles on and needed to get a change so I can get another in January prior to the two years. Will never get caught up in another purchase like this. Waste of money due to a low mileage driver.

This is my second Jeep product and I used to use Centennial Jeep/Chrysler but now living further west I tried Broadway Jeep this time and was very pleased. Zach is very knowledgeable and never forgets to call you back or make good on his promises. The facility is very nice as well and feels a lot more cozy than other dealers I've used for service. Definitely will be back.

For some reason they are brushing off the We Owe portion of the agreement. The We Owe agreement required it be fulfilled within a week. It has been a month and a half. After repeated calls and emails, they still have not fulfilled it. They keep stating that it will be fulfilled "soon," or that they have to wait until after the end of the month (twice now), or that they need to speak with some other department, etc. The list of excuses is getting too long. Nice sales reps, but the company does not seem to stick to contractual agreements. This is a big red flag. The sales reps I worked with were pretty good, and I do like the car I got (despite a bit of maintenance needed after purchasing).

I had put off scheduling this appointment because this dealership doesn't have loaners and I work using my car. It was difficult to find a day that I could be without my car. I explained this when I made the appointment and when I dropped the car off. I was given a ride back home and back to the dealership. Unfortunately, even though I stressed how important it was that I get my car back in one day, I was not able to pick it up until 9AM the next day. It was frustrating because I had to initiate all the follow up calls. I also had told them that my name was misspelled and they promised to correct that (it's still wrong on this email).

Have taken my Jeep there few times.. mostly for oil changes kinda hrs to screw that up, warranty work is a different story. The customer service is by far the worst Iāve ever encountered.. kept my vehicle for 3 plus days each time and I had to reclaim it before they were still ātracingā and issue.. I was a tech for mopar and know for a fact your techs suck. Do not waste your time dealing with this dealership or any other autonation dealership.

I brought my liberty in to have the DS motor mount replaced. the dealership got me right in, completed the repair and gave me back my Jeep the next day. I should note that this was the third place I had called to get this work completed. the first shop couldn't figure out the what part to install. they got wrapped around the axle with my transmission type. I actually did bring my jeep to the Autonation closer to my house, but after 3 days of waiting (and listening to staffing problem excuses), I picked it up and brought it to Autonation on Broadway. it was refreshing to hear "we got it." I deleted the other Autonation dealership's phone number from my phone since I can't see going back there (3 miles from my house or not).

Dropped my vehicle off for recall notice repairs for an 830am appointment which i had made the Tuesday prior. I went through the check in process and was told the repairs would take 4.5-5 hours to complete. I received a call from the service advisor 8hours later and was told that they were unable to make the repairs due to a weekend backlog and other issues that arose but if I would be willing to leave it overnight maybe they could get to it tomorrow. Maybe?! I asked what they were going to do for my inconvenience and was told "nothing". What is the point of making an appointment if you dont intend to honor it? I made my necessary arrangements for this. Then you have the nerve to ask i make changes to my schedule for a second consecutive day due to your failures.

The people were friendly enough, but they had no regard for my time. After we had agreed to terms for the car and all that was needed was for me to write a check, they strung me out for another 2 or 2 1/2 hours waiting. The car had only one key. During negotiations they promised a second key. In the month following purchase I contacted them by email about 7 times and called twice leaving a voice mail about the 2nd key. Of those contacts they responded once with an email promising the key. After the month I gave up and went back to the show room one morning to try to get action. They apparently had done nothing to get the key. I ended up spending the rest of the day sitting with the salesman as he ordered the key and driving across town to another Autonation dealership and waiting for hours as they made the key. I presume they were dragging their feet because the key was a $300 affair and they were hoping I would just go away. They wasted hours of my time when I bought the car and essentially wasted a day of my time getting the second key. Both Autonation dealerships had the same disregard for my time.

I bought my Grand Cherokee new here in 2009 and other than 16 months while living in Arizona have always had my service done here. Primarily this is because of the expertise, knowledge, and care of service advisor Jim Geisleman. Jim has always made sure that the work has been done strictly in accordance with the schedule laid out in the owners manual. Unlike his counterparts at some dealers (like those in Arizona), he does not pressure you to accept service that is not scheduled, or try to "up-sell" for items which you simply don't need. Instead, he knows the service requirements for each vehicle thoroughly and works with each customer to make sure that all maintenance requirements are rigorously adhered to. With this kind of attention to detail I have passed 108k miles on this vehicle with very few problems, and see no reason why this can't be my second 200k mile Jeep. In my life I have found this kind of integrity to be, sadly, quite rare among auto dealers. Bravo to Auto Nation on Broadway for giving Jim Geisleman the opportunity to show all the others out there how customer service ought to be done.

Took my Jeep in at 10:00am for recall and replacement of drive-side mirror. I called the shop at 4:30pm because I hadn't heard anything all day. They told me my vehicle was ready. When I got there, the recall was the only thing done. They gave me an estimate for the side-view mirror, an estimate for a radiator they said was leaking, and front and rear differential work.....and I just bought the vehicle 2 months ago.

I waited an hour and a half to get an assessment on all the things that were broken. I told them about 2 issues I knew of. They found another. My passenger window cable that rolls the window up BROKE. Anybody ever have this issue before? This is something I never imaged would happen. There was a broken stud involved too. That kind of thing I expect after some time passes. They didn't have the cable in stock. Now I have to wait. The weather is changing here, so I HAVE to have a working window. I think their price SUCKS! I'll have to pay it. I don't know many other companies (I'm sure they're out there) that could replace this without having to pay them BIG BUCKS to do so either. Since this IS a Jeep dealership, they'd better know what they are doing! You only get a 30 calendar day warranty, so if it breaks again,.....well, I'm screwed. I'm broke after I pay it.

Always a long wait. Seems to be some disorganization amongst the service folks. They tried a bait and switch when I bought the car. Now Iāve been waiting for the first shuttle of the day for an hour. They āneed a carā to do the shuttle, because that makes sense itās not the same car each day. In other words, itās taking me HOURS to drop off my car and get to work, and will probably take another HOUR to pick it up. Not sure why anyone would want to come here to bring their car in. I doubt I will ever come back here once this service is done today.

The repairs took a little longer than expected, but my technician explained that an additional recall item was identified and fixed. He also did a multi-point inspection of my car and found no issues. The waiting area was comfortable and it was nice to be out of the office.

I had great service on my visit to the dealership. The service staff was courteous and did not wait around to start the service work. They did the work as promised and finished up by sitting down with me and explaining what was done.

We were recently informed that our entire engine would need to be replaced. Phil at AutoNation Broadway was incredibly helpful through the process of navigating our warranty, getting us a rental car, and communicating with us along the way. Phil helped us to feel comfortable in a very stressful situation. We will be taking our Jeep to be serviced here from now on.

A shits show. That's literally all. They lie about timing EVERYTIME. I spend upwards of 3+ hours for an oil change EVERYTIME. I would argue that its because I am a woman (the male customers get treated much better) but I don't think I even have to argue that. Itss fact.

Live in Nebraska, told them I had 30 days to plate my car. Started calling when I found out my paperwork was not at our courthouse. Could not get anyone to return a call. Finally spoke with Amy ay Autonation Ford on Tuesday, she said she would overnight my paperwork. Well, no paperwork here, Wed., Thursday or a Friday. Amy will not return a call to me. I am now a week late getting my car plated. My salesperson will not return a call. It is ridiculous! Will not be a repeat customer! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
